This was my wife's first visit and my first in a long time to this longtime Burlington landmark. It is a small comfortable restaurant with an abundance of local flavor. We were there for a late breakfast. It is a seat yourself. Our first disappointment was that we were not greeted when we entered and then basically sat ignored for... More

Breafkast was fast, fresh, and well made. Cash or check only but they do have an ATM. For diner style breakfast this is top notch. Well made Eggs Benedict, good hashbrowns and sausage. French toast was ok.

We showed up at about 11:45, they closed at 12:00 for the day. They welcomed us in anyway, our order showed up steaming hot and super fresh minutes after ordering and was one of the best skillets I've had in a long time. Staff was great and friendly! Definately worth the trip

Town Fryer is a family tradition, we visit family in Burlington, we go for breakfast at the Town Fryer. Food and service for breakfast was great, good prices. You won't find anything fancy there, but you can some Mexican breakfast items if you choose.

We eat breakfast here with our grandkids 4-5 times a year. It's always hot&fresh, the staff is wonderful, putting up with my grandkids weird requests(" can I have mayo on my bacon, can you scramble my eggs with cheese&hot sauce?" Etc!)We order takeout chicken 1-2@ month, and having tried it at 8-9 different restaurants discovered theirs is by far the... More

I love this place! I've only ever ordered eggs or breakfast here. They do a great job, they serve great coffee. You're greeted by your waitress almost immediately. Serve your beverage quickly. Your order is taken quickly. And the food arrives fairly fast! I was surprised. The food was hot and tasty.
