Best breakfast in Burlington!

The "Burly Breakfast" never disappoints. Good diner style food, good service, and good prices ...nothing fancy just good food and lots of it!

Small restaurant with good sized portions. The ambiance is nice with lots of small town folk gossip. It almost feels like you are in some sort of movie. The service is adequate and the food is acceptable.

I took my kids here for breakfast one morning. There was a wait for a table. The place is excessively small and too cramped to be comfortable. I ordered scrambled eggs and pancakes. There was a hair cooked into my eggs, the pancakes were not the best either. The silverware was dirty. The air in the place is thick with... More

Went here yesterday for the first time. Fast and friendly service and good food. Need to pay with cash or local check (no credit cards accepted). Would go back again. The sunroom was cozy, even on a bitterly cold February morning.

This was my wife's first visit and my first in a long time to this longtime Burlington landmark. It is a small comfortable restaurant with an abundance of local flavor. We were there for a late breakfast. It is a seat yourself. Our first disappointment was that we were not greeted when we entered and then basically sat ignored for... More

Breafkast was fast, fresh, and well made. Cash or check only but they do have an ATM. For diner style breakfast this is top notch. Well made Eggs Benedict, good hashbrowns and sausage. French toast was ok.

We showed up at about 11:45, they closed at 12:00 for the day. They welcomed us in anyway, our order showed up steaming hot and super fresh minutes after ordering and was one of the best skillets I've had in a long time. Staff was great and friendly! Definately worth the trip

Arriving around 130 from a long trip on the road we found the food to be very fresh. Closing time was 200. The two waitress took care of the whole restaurant. The service was quick and pleasant. Large portions of pork loin sandwich was chicken tenders were fresh and hot. The potato cheese soup was thick and full of potatoes.... More

Town Fryer is a family tradition, we visit family in Burlington, we go for breakfast at the Town Fryer. Food and service for breakfast was great, good prices. You won't find anything fancy there, but you can some Mexican breakfast items if you choose.
