Really Good & Wonderful Service

I had the eggs Benedict. Not the norm but flavor was great. Smokey ham and bated eggs instead of poached. The service was fabulous. Very friendly and attentive. Great place for a very good meal at a great price.

Town Fryer has been a Burlington institution for as long as I can remember. On a recent return trip, enjoyed an excellent breakfast at Town Fryer! Cooked to order, real butter on the toast (no prep here) and more than ample servings for a reasonable price! Can't miss for a great breakfast!

This is a great place to stop for a meal. The menu has just enough choices that you can find something that you want but not over whelming. Great friendly service.

If you are looking for a good breakfast or an excellent lunch, I highly recommend the Town Fryer Restaurant. The atmosphere is cozy and warm and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They have a rich menu with many choices and you never leave there hungry. Some of the "regulars" are there every day so that tells you something... More

Loved the place for its traditional charm. A counter with locals exchanging views on various issues, booths and tables. I had a good sized breakfast of tasty food, refilled coffee and time for an unrushed chat. Service was good and the place plenty busy.

The "Burly Breakfast" never disappoints. Good diner style food, good service, and good prices ...nothing fancy just good food and lots of it!

Small restaurant with good sized portions. The ambiance is nice with lots of small town folk gossip. It almost feels like you are in some sort of movie. The service is adequate and the food is acceptable.

I took my kids here for breakfast one morning. There was a wait for a table. The place is excessively small and too cramped to be comfortable. I ordered scrambled eggs and pancakes. There was a hair cooked into my eggs, the pancakes were not the best either. The silverware was dirty. The air in the place is thick with... More

Went here yesterday for the first time. Fast and friendly service and good food. Need to pay with cash or local check (no credit cards accepted). Would go back again. The sunroom was cozy, even on a bitterly cold February morning.
