Went on a Friday evening. It was crowded but we didn't have to wait for a table for 2. We just missed happy hour. I ordered the chimichanga meal with ground beef-excellent. Beans and rice were awesome. Had a peach margarita in the big margarita glass and shared it, which was cheaper than just buying individual drinks or a pitcher.... More

I have been here a few times including recently for a business lunch. The food is good, but I don't think it's earth shattering. Service is always good. Chips and salsa is flavorful and table side guacamole is terrific. But overall food experience isn't any better than most chain type Mexican restaurants. I'll go here if it's convenient, but if... We went to Jose's for the first time for lunch. The atmosphere was nice! We ordered our food. I ordered three Tamales. The dish was $11. She asked what kind I wanted and I said one chicken and two pork. We also had the tableside guacamole-$8.50. When we were done, our bill came and my entree' had gone to $13.... More

We went to lunch here on a Friday. We were seated pretty quickly. Waitress was not really friendly but not rude or anything either. Chips and salsa came and unfortunately chips seemed a little stale, again not bad, just not fresh. The three of us ordered and food came in reasonable time. I had enchiladas, my wife had tamales and... More

Our food was overcooked and dry and lacked taste. Service was ok, but bar area was slow. The best part of the restaurant is the Spanish lessons playing in the back bathrooms.

We randomly chose this eatery from a map our Hotel gave us. The tableside guacamole was FANTASTIC! They arrive with a cart full of guac fixin's and customize it to your liking. It was absolutely delicious! My drink, the tornado, was a wonderful swirled combination of frozen sangria and frozen margarita -- almost too pretty to drink. It was not... More

Ate here while staying at the adjacent La Quinta and fell in love with the place almost immediately. I have nothing bad to say. The service was top notch and low key. I had the Tableside Guacamole and it was absolutely fantastic. Order the Shrimp and Black Bean Enchiladas as my entree and put the guac on those a well.... More

Had dinner here with family. Though there were a lot of people we were seated quickly. I have to say, the chips and salsa were excellent but the service was slow at best. Maybe it was our waitress (she had a bit of an attitude)l or maybe it was the kitchen but as long as you have time I would... More

Good food all around. I'm not a Mexican food expert, but I suspect the food is somewhat authentic. A very extensive menu, and everyone liked their entrees. But the highlight of our business luncheon was the $8 table-prepared guacamole. We ordered medium-hot, and it was by far the best guacamole I've ever had. One of our party didn't even LIKE... More

There was six of us at lunch and four of the six had the tacos. We all liked them. The service was good (second time I've been here) and the food was very good. I would recommend (again) this restaurant. This time I have pictures.
