We are from out of state but when we visit several times a year Vino Cappuccino is a must. We haven't ordered anything but pizza because it it is delicious and they have a great variety of choices. They have a 2 for 1 special which is awesome but not the reason we go. Nice seating area outside in the... More

Cool place with really good pizza. Great deal on Mondays (two for one). I would recommend anytime. Extensive wine list.

Have dined here many times, and enjoy the live music addition. I like most of the pasta dishes and fish, and the wine selection is good. John, our favorite server, is one of the better servers of any restaurant we visit. We like the fact that it isn't a chain. One room seems a little fancier than the side room,... More

As a business traveler, I seek out non-chain destinations, and visit repeatedly. This used to be a reliable go-to spot. The restaurant remains nicely appointed, with attentive wait staff. The menu remains inviting. Unfortunately, the food itself seems to be an afterthought. Chicken Marsala with red sauce on the pasta? Cold entrees? (What, no heat lamps or warming table?) Flemings,... Nice place in downtown Brookfield. Had the veal parmesan and found it delicious. Glad to see a place like this so busy. Great atmosphere but not too loud.

I've been to this restaurant before and had nothing to complain about. This time was not so good. For the first time, we ate outside. It was a cool night, but the outdoor seating area was well-protected, so it was very comfortable. A row of beautiful potted palm trees (wonder where they go in the winter?) screen diners from the... Vino is a little off the beaten path it is in the old downtown area but worth it. It is a really cool place, the patio is lovely they had live music the night we were there. The service was top notch we did not want for anything. The food oh the food, my husband had lasagne which are individually... More

We ate here once before shortly after it opened. We found it very good then. Now, under new management it is still good. We had pizza - it's cracker crust - thin, crunchy on the edges, with a good build up of cheese - fresh mozzarella and asiago. We had the sausage, mushroom and onion and a hawaiian. All fresh-made,... We enjoyed a nice bottle of wine. It is a short wine list but had some decent choices. The food was just missing flavor. Bruschetta: tomatoes were flavorless and could have used a lot more of the balsamic drizzle. Pizza was only okay. Nothing memorable about the margherita pizza, even with the fresh basil on it. Beet salad was fine,... More

I travel to WI often, and this has become my new favorite in the area. I guess you'd characterize this as a trattoria, rather than bistro. For a modest sized-place, I've found that it is well (over?) staffed; they are very attentive and knowledgable. Just past the train tracks, on the corner to the right. You can't miss with Vino...
