Nothing special about this place except for the moose out front. The wait staff needs to be re-trained. And the food was cold.

Great place to eat with a clean and comfortable atmosphere. The homemade pies and made from scratch soups add to their savory dinners, and the breakfasts are just as wonderful. Freshly squeezed OJ is the best I've ever had!! This was a perfect place for the family to eat, although the prices seemed a little pricey for a family restaurant.

The kids loved the decor - lodge theme with animals all over - but not "touristy". Then when they got their "bear cakes" complete with whipped cream, chocolate chips and a cherry - they were both in love. So much so that we had to come back again the next day. The husband and I enjoyed our food as well.... More

We were in town to hike the state park and needed a hearty breakfast. The Log Cabin had a variety of typical heavy breakfast selections. Particularly liked the tasty bacon that come with the eggs. Nothing expected in the place, just honest food for a good price. Lots of locals eating here and good service. Front room, kind of like... More

It was regular diner food. Nothing amazing, but it was food. Barely saw our waitress. A nice atmosphere with lots of locals and its inside a huge looking cabin.

Oh my gosh.... The caramel apple but pancakes were so so so delicious. I think I have thought about them everyday since I had them.... They were not as sweet as I expected, which was a really nice surprise. They were also much bigger then I expected. I just can't put into words how much I love these pancakes! The... More

I like the cabin theme and the food for breakfast. I had chocolate chip pancakes, eggs, and bacon and I have no complaints about any of it tasted great. My only complaint is the wait it does take a while sitting in line and at your boot waiting for the food, but there's not much they can do about that!

We have been going to the Log Cabin for many years. They have a great Friday night fish dinner - either baked or fried. It comes with lots of sides. I usually have to take half of it home, because it is so much food. You can order breakfast all day long. They also have soup that is very good.... More

This place was recommended by a local merchant for lunch. As soon as I walked in, I could tell she was right! The inside is clean, well decorated and very welcoming. The menu is filled with homemade "comfort food." Apparently the pies are even better than the meals, although I have no idea how anyone would have room left for... More

I was hungry for a burger. I would've usually gone to Monk's but had heard the pie was good at Log Cabin. Ordered the pattie melt & pie. (Yes, that is an option instead of fries, etc.) The burger was ho-hum & wouldn't have had much flavor without the onions. Should have stuck with Monk's! but then I wouldn't have... More
