2015 Jeep Jamboree

I'm going to assume that this is the same Mason Jar that catered the 2015 Jeep Jamboree. The folks at the Mason jar did a fantastic job for the Jamboree. Plenty of good home-cooked food for the two dinners, and the box lunches were perfect. Thanks!

I took a group to the Mason Jar Restaurant in White Sulphur Springs, WV, on Sunday, December 6, 2015; and on Sunday, December 27, 2015. Both groups enjoyed the restaurant and felt it was a good experience for them. The chicken and beef brisket were done very well. I would certainly recommend this restaurant to others and hope to use... More

We are indeed the Mason Jar that catered the Jeep Jamboree this year (and last year). So happy to hear that you enjoyed your meals. Your group is a true pleasure to work with! More

For a change from the Greenbrier, this is a nice, inexpensive local diner in the middle of town. Basic food in a homey atmosphere. Good people working there.

There's a buffet but that was the focus of some nice Franciscans so we took menus. Trout! Two bits of advice I can offer here, you're in trout and smallmouth bass country, and beans are what's for dinner. Okay, you can dig in. Very nice owner/operators, too, so chat them up if you have time.

Two bars (breakfast and lunch) with your choice in payment. Lots of options and ordering off the menu. Sandwiches, burgers, pizza, everything is yummy. Be sure to come early for brunch!

We were staying at the Greenbrier in connection with a wedding and wanted a change of pace and something more with a local flair and stumbled across this restaurant. Definitely casual and local with average food and a friendly wait staff. We drank out of Mason Jars...duh, hence the name. Enjoyed and would return and certainly met the goal we... More

The grilled steak salad was terrific! Lunch buffet looked good with salad, chicken etc. a small restaurant right on Main Street. Casual atmosphere, friendly staff, large portions at a good price. Will definitely stop in again when I am in town! Easy street parking, cute shops on the street. Seemed like a lot of locals having Sunday lunch.

We had lunch at theMason Jar restaurant and were pleasantly surprised. It's a small restaurant in a small town, however, it had great food. The wives had the pulled pork nachos and a pulled pork sandwich the guys had the barbecue buffet. We also had an order of the fried green tomatoes. The vegetable beef soup was outstanding and the... Stopped in for breakfast. My friend and I got the buffet. Everything was good. I guess we got there a little late as they were switching over to the lunch buffet and were running out of the biscuits and gravy. Bummer since it was so good!
