When in town I must stop at Colemans Fish Market. I can't leave town till I've had one of their delicious, mild, crispy, perfectly fried fish sandwiches. I keep thinking I will try something new, but can't! I go to the basic fish sandwich time after time. It is the best. Onion rings are good there, fries are lackluster. Stick... More

We came with a group. The market was crowded in tight quarters. The fish sandwich was recommended. There were at least 3 pieces of fish in it but was messy. Had to purchase tarter sauce separately. The clam chowder was very good. The alligator soup was ok, not great. You had to search for places to sit.

Tastiest fish sandwiches, anywhere, anytime. Almost worth the trip just to get Coleman's fish. Don't be put off by what appears to be an assembly line operation or the very untrendy appearance of the market. GO!!!

The employees are wonderful. They're always cheerful and kind. And like I said, nothing fancy about it just excellent food. This is hands down the very best fish sandwich I've ever tasted. The slaw is sweet and delicious too. They have all sorts of fresh seafood, even a tank full of live lobsters. There is a deli-style counter for shopping... More

Although there are tables and chairs, Coleman's is primarily a take-out place. In addition to the tradition fish market section, where you select from a wide assortment of fish and shellfish, there is the soup and sandwich area. If you object to waiting in line, do NOT go to Coleman's. The fish sandwiches are deep-fried, white fish filets usually served... More
