The line was long, the prices were reasonable, the lunch was tasty but simple: Fried fish between two pieces of white bread. While it wasn't a "bad" lunch, it was really more about the local experience, which I enjoyed. Now... More

My wife recommended this place for us. Being in Wheeling WV I didn't expect much. We both were pleased and try to make a stop anytime we come back to Wheeling.

Was back in the area after a 10 year absence and decided to take the family to Coleman's for a fish sandwich. Was not disappointed! My wife who does not like fish loved it and continued to comment throughout the day how light and airy it was and did not have a "fish" taste. Even my child asked for more.... More

Every time I visit my hometown I take the entire family to Coleman's. It's one of the best fish sandwiches around.

Must stop at Colemans fish market, very good fish sandwich and choice of soups just right for a cold winters day. I recommend clam chowder.

The historic market is itself an attraction. The fish sandwich was very, very good. I had the Deluxe version. Fresh as it had been just taken from the see. It´s worth trying it.

And that's what it's all about here. I stop on every trip through for a fish sandwich, get it in the bun unless you really like wonder bread. The point is the fish, I throw the bread away and eat the fish. It will need salt. U also have to pay for tartar sauce. The soups are also great, I... More

Than when you want oyster sandwiches in the month's that end in R - They... More
