Different but enjoyable

It's different from Chinese and Tai. The flavor is not overwhelming. Spicy dishes are available. My husband had pork dish. I had caramelized shrimp. My son had beef dish. We all liked it. The service was fast. They understand English better than speak. We'll eat here again.

Very cheap menu, great food, and great service. One of my favorite places in South Charleston for lunch and a light dinner.

We thought the food very good and different from what is in the area. The wait staff has difficulty explaining about dishes in English but tried. I had a beef dish and my wife a chicken dish, both of which had names I don't remember. It is worth a try.

A kind of soup vietnam was so delicious with snack like summer roll. If you dont like shrimp like me, you may ask to change with tofu instead. The soup with meat ball and slices of beef with bean sprouts, fresh basil leaf and a piece of lemon and a bit more chili sauce make your soup more taste. Try... More

Pho is one of the top 20 foods on USA Today's top food list. This location's Pho is very good & it's location next to two very good antique malls on South Charleston's D street makes everything that much better!

My entire family loves this place. It is just a simple place ran by a wonderful family. They do not have waitresses per se, yet the wait is not too long unless they are packed. It is not fast food! It is made to order. This cuisines broth takes many hours to develop the complex flavors before hand and it is truly an... More

This place used to be great. Then the guy sold it, moved across the street and does bahn mi now, they are fantastic btw. The new owners are ridiculously bad! The rudest most horrible service ever and the overpriced food sucks.

I have fallen in love with the beef pho soups here - talk about tasty. The broths are delicious and come with a heaping helping of beef, veggies and herbs that you can add yourself according to your own taste. For about $8 you get a large soup w/accompaniments that is enough to have a portion to take home. Don't... More

More entertaining than one might expect, South Charleston around the "Mound". Pho Vinh Long was introduced to husband and I by local friends, and while husband is hardly culinarily adventurous, he's really taken to the place, and has taken others there as well. The menu has explanations and pictures, and the help is sweet and smiling. Tasty food at a... More

We had spring & summer rolls, and Bun. All were very good. We are used to good Vietnamese food, being from DC. They stayed open for us, even though we arrived at 9. Thanks Vi!!!
