Just ate at Pasta's; food was overpriced and tasted like it came from a can. I don't mind at all to pay for good food, but this was far from it. We had calamari as an appetizer which was ok; I had a penne pasta that was $19.00 that I would have not charged anyone for. They noticed I didn't... More

We walked in with 20 people on a Saturday night. The maître d was very kind, welcoming, accommodating and understanding. The server was a little slow but very pleasant. However that is where the good comments end. They claim to get their pasta in from Italy but that does not make up for the horrible food. Bland, poorly prepared, left... More

I expect they only have 15 big nights per year and on those nights are overwhelmed. Waited 2 hours from food order to being served. Avoid Italian dishes as there is not an Italian cook within 200 miles. Standard American fare was good.

We had a reservation at Auntie Pastas since we stayed in mountain lodge. We were seated at our table and waited 20 minutes to be served. We decided to get up and go get pizza if they could not be bothered. This restraint has a 250 seat capacity so I was told but they cant handle being half full.

New Year's Eve... didn't expect to get a reservation last minute. So we decided to order for pick up and just eat in our room at Mountain Lodge which was very convenient. The food was ready in about an hour. We ordered Veal Parmesan (which was a bit overcooked and breading was burnt), gnocchi with meat sauce (not terrible, but... More

After looking at several restaurants that were filled to the brim with hungry folks, we ran into someone who recommended Auntie Pasta's. Delighted not to have to wait 2+ hours for a seat, we set off to find it. The decor and wait was nice and our waiter was pleasant. We ordered calimari, carbonara and ravioli. The calamari was great,... More

Not wanting to walk far from our hotel, we tried this restaurant of the bottom floor of the Mountain Lodge, not hotel food at all as we expected. Great Cesar Salads and lasagna! Service is great as well.

Had dinner with my husband, son, daughter-in-law and two year old grandson at Auntie Pasta's on our last night at Snowshoe. It was our first visit to the restaurant at this location (they used to be in another spot years ago) and we were pleasantly surprised. My son/daughter-in-law were at first concerned it was too fancy for a 2 year... More

We enjoyed our dinner at Auntie Pasta's, the food was good, but not great. Fresh mozzarella salad was very good. The spaghetti marinara and meatballs, pasta bolognese were good and basic. The chicken milanese was a bit dry, but the accompanying artichoke and arugula salad was delicious. Serving sizes were very generous. Decent wine selection by the glass. Our server... More

One of 2 restaurants in the resort area that takes reservations so book it and avoid lines and waiting. The pasta was great and the portions very generous. We shared the fettucine alfredo and it was plenty for 2. Our waitress was on the ball--pleasant and attentive. Highly recommend!
