it's coffee

Quick service, coffee was good. It can get swamped pretty quick as it's one of a few free WiFi stops around that area. Everybody was looking for WiFi, get over it. You're on vacation, turn off your phone.

Coffee was that of any other Starbucks. I was however disappointed that my breakfast sandwich was piping hot around the perimeter, yet still frozen in the center. Pastries were pretty good. Glad that snowshoe has a coffee place and in such a good accessible location.

I'm not a Starbucks fan, but my wife loves it. However with their indoor/outdoor fireplace, sofas and chairs and located at the heart of the village, it's a great place to warm up and relax.

Lodge style with fireplace and seating, service excellent, but really long lines no matter the time of day.

The usual great coffee and is packed as they have the only wi fi on the mountain that we could find. Due to the crowds it would get slow and crash however.

The place is sooo clouded and it is not worth going in. It is just a starbucks so I do not see why people flock to the place. Maybe due to free wifi connection?

Standard Starbucks quality drinks, food, and prices. Substandard employee attitudes. I get it, people have a bad day, but no reason to take it out on guests. Female employee was entirely rude and out of line with a guest who asked for a sleeve for his hot drink. (they were out of them in dispenser). When informed they were gone,... More

Granted we were there at the peak season between Christmas and New Years but I always expect a level of cleanliness and service from a Starbucks. The poor staff were overwhelmed by the number of people waiting in line. Management should plan for more staff during peak seasons. There was no one available to make sure the tables and floors... This was the go-to-spot every morning for the Black Forest Muffin! I have searched and searched for this in my neighborhood Starbucks locations with no luck.

Not much to say, other than it's a Starbucks. It's good to get a dependable cup of coffee on Snowshoe Mountain. That said, while the quality of coffee is dependable, the store is not. Hours are limited, depending on the time of year.
