We had a great meal. They food is expensive but decent. barbecue and such. Best part was the smores that you make at your table. So fun and yummy.

Upon our arrival at Snowshoe (a Thursday in August), we headed over to Foxfire for dinner. The place was fairly busy for such a slow time of year. The waitress was very friendly and prompt. The prices were pretty high for BBQ but that is to be expected at a ski resort. It was my husband, 12 yr old daughter... More

My family ate here twice for dinner during our stay at the village. Both nights everyone in our party really enjoyed their food. Each night we had a few appetizers, between us we had the Southwest Chicken Salad, Steak Salad, Spinach Salad, Salmon Dinner, BBQ Ribs, Quesadilla, Vegetarian Sliders, Hamburger, and Chicken Tenders from the kids menu. The food was... More

Food was good but the noise was not. Not the kind of place for a nice meal with friends. If you need food on the mountain, you will be fed well but it is not a place to enjoy a quiet evening with friends.

My wife and I spent a weekend at Snowshoe with another couple and had dinner here. The wait was short for a Friday evening and the service was good. The place is extremely loud and the food was not served very warm and was average at best. This restaurant was conveniently located from the condo we were in so that... More

Great place, get there early before the crowd! I could care less for Sunset Cantina and the Junction and while Cheat Mtn Pizza is good I'd rather sit down and enjoy family time. They have great BBQ dishes and have an array of great BBQ sauces to pick from!

Everyone in our seven person group enjoyed their tasty dinners. The coleslaw was the best I've ever had, and I don't generally like coleslaw. The menu itself is unique.

We ate here for dinner recently during a trip to Snowshoe, and liked it so much we went back the next night. The food is excellent quality, with well-prepared, hearty portions, reasonably priced for resort restaurants. And just a few steps from our lodging at Highland House! The staff at Foxfire were extremely friendly in a very natural and welcoming... More

I was there in March '14 and honestly don't remember what I ate. What I do remember was I ate at the bar, the food was great as was the service and beer. Plus the decor was warm and inviting. Easily the best restaurant experience I had at Snowshoe.
