We stumbled upon Bistro 112 that serves French cuisine while walking the streets of Historic Shepherdstown. For lunch, we ordered salads and sandwiches which were tasty. I had the Salade Nicoise and the ahi tuna was grilled to perfection. Service was on point. Would definitely go back, though menu items are a bit pricey!

We really enjoyed this restaurant. It is tiny and quaint and charming, on the main street.. We walked in without any reservation and were immediately seated by the window. One might think that availability was not a good sign, but everything turned out to be delicious. We had duck, foie gras appetizer, moule frites and other foods. The portion sizes... More

We are so pleased that you enjoyed your meal. Excellent selection. Sometimes we have more people dining than what is evident when you first walk in -- as we have dining on two floors and a garden. That being said, we are a small restaurant with fabulous kitchen and server staff, and we all wish that there were more patrons.... More

I am a typical DC food snob, but this place was outstanding. If it were in the DC burbs I would come back again and again. I definitely recommend the duck, but crepes (a vegetable one for lunch and a rasberry and brie one for dessert) were excellent too. The owner is very friendly as is the bartender. Surprised it... Such fun to meet a kindred McLean resident - much in common - including love of good food. So pleased that you came back for lunch. Hope to see you again on your next business trip. More

This restaurant is cute and quirky. The hostess greeted us as soon as we walked in and seated us by the window and doubled as our server. She seemed to be the only server we could see bustling around the tables. This restaurant has been converted from an old house, so tiny rooms hold a handful of tables. We could... More

The restaurant is located on the charming main street of Shepherdstown. We were promptly greeted by the hostess who doubled as the server. Our table by the window was nice. The decor is minimal but pleasant. The food was good and the service excellent but there is some room for improvement. I had the charcuterie and the pate and sausages... More

I will willingly pay more for great food and great service-- unfortunately, that's not what we experienced here. We paid $60 pre-tip for an app, glass of wine, and 2 entrees-- one of which was inedible. If we had been able to eat the second entree, the meal was really worth $35-$38. The best thing about this restaurant is the... More

We are so sorry that you did not enjoy your meal at the Bistro. If someone doesnt like something, we offer a different entree or compensation. Everything is made from scratch so errors can occur. The Farmers Garden is not meant to be spicy and I had a conversation with the kitchen that evening about better control on seasonings. Its... More

We ate here our second night staying in the area, and were not disappointed. I had the glazed salmon with risotto and my husband had the pasta primavera. The ambiance is splendid, and the restaurant is in an historic brick townhouse on the main street. Upon arriving on a Saturday night, we did not need a reservation since we got... More

This on the main street of historic Shepherdstown offers good cuisine, customer service in a quaint setting. It is situated in an old down town residence and seating is a bit thighs. The wait staff know their menu, the food is provincial and authentic French. It was a good casual experience and the owner is quite personable visiting the tables.... More

We enjoyed our dinner at Bistro 112. We both had the duck which was very tasty. The restaurant was very full, so, the service was a bit slow.

Nice ambiance and good food. The price fix menu is very good value. Had the salmon - moist and tasty, house salad - really good, and the toffee pudding - yummy!. Management very attentive and accommodating. Recommend booking ahead of you want to be sure fo a table at the weekend.
