Best Thai fix in the area

One of our favorite Jefferson County, WV places to eat and where my wife and I went for many a 'Date' before we were married. Now, with a 21 month little boy, we don't get out much, but tonight we had the pleasure of re-visiting and we were not disappointed! Great and generously sized Salmon Sushi, great Gyzo(?) Pan Fried... More

We had Japanese and Thai food here recently. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. I'd definitely return if I were in the area.

Our dinners, the crispy duck and drunken noodles, were very good. The wine selection is miserable and they were out of the only ipa on their beer list. They do not allow byob. And there was no soap in either the men's or lady's restroom, and the owner was on site. So where does the staff wash their hands? The... More

We had lunch at Kazu on a midweek day in July. There was a mixture of locals and tourists in the half-full restaurant. Our waitress quickly brought us water and drinks, in addition to answering some questions about the menu. My wife ordered a Bento-type lunch array, including Miso soup, Teryaki chicken, tempura vegetables, tempura shrimp, rice, salad. Plenty to... More

I had a lovely shrimp curry, a friend had Pad Thai, and there were an assortment of dishes to choose from. Some of us wanted Sticky Rice for dessert, but since it was 2:30 the kitchen staff had left. Not too pleased about that....so I guess if you want dessert, get there at the beginning of lunch hour.

Nice place, very clean, excellent and devoted waitstaff. Nothing over the top in the way of the food, but still very good. Even the items listed as spic weren't very hot. Reasonably priced.

Can't beat the sushi/thai combo. Will do custom sushi if you are looking for one of your favorites. Thai is great - good to the last drop!
