not impressed with service

slow being seated - server had to be asked to bring bread to the table - fires were coated in salt - steaks were fortunately cooked the way they were ordered even though the server never waited to see if they were or not

This interstate Outback stands out due to exceptional service. We were promptly greeted and had service. Great attention to us and even though they bartender was busy, we were really taken care of well. Overall great place.

We stopped in on our way home from vacation. They were not busy at all so we figured it would be a nice break. Well, we had a break alright...2 hours! We waited forever to get our cold food. Ever had cold lobster? Ickkkk! The manager took off one adult meal and one kids meals, but it was all bad.... More

On our return trip from Myrtle Beach we stopped in Princeton WV for an overnight. We chose this stop because my wife is Celiac and Outback has a Gluten Free menu. We have always felt safe at other Outback locations. We ordered from the GF Menu and when our GF starter salad arrived at the table it was covered in... More

My daughter got to choose where she wanted to eat after graduating from Concord University. She chose Outback. We went on a Saturday night (7 pm) and our wait time for a group of seven was only 15 minutes. We did have an appetizer. We had the Bloomin' Onion. Pretty good. Half our group had steaks, half fish. One person... More

The food here is always good and the wait staff is very attentive. Don't bother calling ahead though. Every time we call ahead it actually takes longer than if we just showed up. Fairly certain that the host/hostesses are incompetent.

We had a party of 13 and our server was fantastic! He was on spot - the glasses were never empty and the food was delivered hot. It was a fun dinner and a great experience.

If your down princeton way, Outback Steakhouse in the mercer mall is a must. Food is exceptional, even if there is a lot of princeton lads kicking a round, very polite, etc. Friday night it's cocktails, shrimp and steak all the way.

Traveling from NRV to Indy on a Thursday night. Stopped in Outback before traveling into the hollars of WV. Outback is a fav of ours for their great veggies, decent cuts of beef, reasonable pricing. Princeton WV Outback validated these basic offerings. She had a burger whcih was cooked per her order. My Sirlion was a bit underdone but edible.... More
