We checked into the Blennerhasset Hotel and needed to get something to eat. As we had been in the car all day we didn't want to get back in to find a more reasonably priced restaurant and there were few options within walking distance, so we headed on in to Spats. It took a while for the waitress to show... More

My family and I visited Blennerhasset Island for the day and then decided to visit the hotel. We were hungry so decided to eat at Spats. We sat outside on the patio. All the food was fantastic. We truly enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. Highly recommended.

My wife and I stayed over at the hotel one night, and enjoyed a fantastic meal for dinner and breakfast at Spats. The prices were very reasonable, service outstanding, and the food creative, flavorful, and delicious!

My wife and I celebrated our 47th anniversary with dinner at the Spats restaurant. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the service was excellent. We had mixed reactions to the meal. In my evaluation of a meal, I always rate the bread, and while the bread was warm (very important), it was heavy and not very tasty; I prefer crusty... More

The food was great and the service was good as well. Never ate outside but you can eat there if you want. Best Mojito I've ever had.

We ate two of our three evening's dinners at Spats while staying at the hotel. The food was excellent and the staff attentive. The only suggestion I would make is to be sure to make reservations if the hotel is busy. We did both evenings and were glad we had. We had an enjoyable meal without a long wait.

Delicious. Lots of choices to entice you on the menu (and I'm a bit of a picky eater.) Very reasonably priced, too.

While staying at the hotel, we opted for room-service dinner and a sit-down brunch buffet. Perfect place for a special night out or cozy eating experience - I would recommend reservations for obvious reasons ;) Dinner: Hummus - fresh, fragrant, but not overwhelming. Fried Calamari - very good with their house sauce Fromage Plate - perfect snack in the late... More

We enjoyed two dinners, two breakfasts, and a picnic lunch during our visit. The first dinner was in the very pleasant restaurant, and the second dinner and both breakfasts were on the lovely patio. The menu was interesting without being too trendy; our food was very well prepared [with one exception being the disappointing lobster mac & cheese appetizer], the... More

Get a table outside in the evening as the sun goes down. The little birdies come to visit you and the food is great
