We had a call in order from a major business in the parkersburg area and the order was completely wrong... We called Rubi's back and spoke with a female staff member and she was very rude on the phone and she hung the phone up on us... We called back and spoke with the manager and he was willing to... more

this restaurant is a incredible restaurant for italian food!!! the atmosphere is a incredible place with a great amviance of a great authenic italian cuisine and a great price for the amount of food that you get!!!!!:) more
