Stopped in for lunch while at a local job. Wanted to try it because, well, I am always on the quest for the best biscuits and gravy. This was not it, not even closer. The bottom of the biscuits were very tough, almost leathery. They gravy was way over salted. There was real sausage in it so that was nice.... More

In between VA and KY, there are multiple signs for "Tudor's Biscuit World". I stopped twice at this location (once on the way out, once on the way back). Both experiences were very good. The biscuits are really flaky but has some substance. All the meats and eggs were cooked well and did not have a "came out from a... More

I like stopping at out of the way places and on a recent trip to Pa., we kept seeing signs for Biscuit World and decided we had to stop on our way back home. We were passing through Nitro at lunch time and had to stop. It's easy to find off the interstate and easy to get back on. While... More

Tudor's provides dozens of different biscuit selections and it a great place for breakfast. They also have very good plate lunches.

If you want a breakfast biscuit this is where you HAVE to go. You will find none better anywhere period and they are always made fresh. And toppings; as the Geico gecko says "forgetaboutit", sausage, jelly, ham, bacon, fried apples, potatoes, cheese, canadian bacon, eggs(fixed anyway you want em), and of course gravy and any combination of the above and... The staff is friendly, restaurant is clean, and the food is great. Sometimes service is a little slow but if you want breakfast it is usually worth the wait. The Thundering Herd biscuit is my favorite!

Biscuits and gravy served up fast-food style. For unashamedly unhealthy servings of biscuits and gravy, one must absolutely stop here. Totally worth it.
