Great food. Great atmosphere. Great local beer and other micro brews. Hell even had wv moonshine. I had the hot rod wrap. It was great. The food was fresh and fast. The slaw they served was also very good. Thanks black bear!

I was referred here by a WVU student. I would not have found it on my own and that would have been a shame. It was the best meal of our stay. Fresh ingredients and plenty of it. I could not finish my quesadilla of chicken with black beans, rice, carmelized onions, and red sauce. The flavors were amazing. Plenty... More

Am in Morgantown for a sad reason and decided to make the best of a tough situation by finding decent place for dinner. Black Bear far surpassed my expectations. It's friendly, down to earth, and the food is great. They have only wheat tortillas, so if you avoid white flour or wheat just do as the server suggested and get... More

First time we've been at this establishment while visiting a friend. The food was good and prices were reasonable; we ordered chips and queso, guacamole, and our friend had a burrito. Pretty yummy stuff. The waiting time was short and the portions were generous. Layout was open and atmosphere was relaxing. The building was a bit warm inside despite the... More

Their burritos are good (bear trap and the hot rod are 2 of my favorites), but they don't have a good cider collection since they took angry orchard off tap. If you like beers, they have a good selection. And they have gluten free options

We've been here several times lately. We were "introduced" to the restaurant by our cousins and we really enjoy the food, atmosphere and beverages. We love that you offer glutenfree libations :) the Crispin' Apple is topnotch. The "pizza plate" of nachos is AMAZING!!! Everything we've tried has been great!!! No for the "univ kids" to go on break so... More

The food here is always tasty! I've been ordering the railtrail here for years. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is nice, particularly if you like live music. Sometimes they have local artists serenade you while you eat your delicious burrito. Definitely recommend!

I loved it! My daughter suggested it, and I was a bit skeptical...but holy cow! The food was fantastic! The service was quick! You could order almost any kind of burrito you could think of! The spinach one was my choice, and while I wanted to eat it fast because it was so good, I wanted to make it last!... More
