Who knew....

...that we'd find a restaurant as good as this in Morgantown! The service was excellent and our server was pleasant, attentive, and just a wonderful person. The martini's were creative and quite nice. Everything we had that evening was excellent, fom the appetiers through dessert we couldn't have... read more

I enjoy going to Stefano's and do highly recommend it. It is a bit pricey but well worth it. Stefano's is not handicapped accessible, however, which I don't quite understand in 2015. The front door is down about 10 steps, underneath a bowling alley. There are railings on both sides, which helps, and I'm sure they will send someone up... More

First you walk into the basement of a bowling alley. Sometimes you can hear it. My waitress was nervous and sweaty, it kind of made me nervous. They do make their own pasta, but I never in my life thought a pasta dish could be $42. I mean, real italians would be outraged. I did not have a good experience,... More

We happened to find this wonderful restaurant on our way home to Canada from Florida. We didn't feel dressed for what we felt was a high end restaurant but they welcomed us anyway. The service was perfect, the prices reasonable and the somewhat Northern Italian menu an absolute knockout. The chef really knows his stuff in this fantastic restaurant. Stefano's... More

Nice atmosphere, complete menu, good wine selection, and service is just fine. The seafood dishes seem to be a speciality. I also had a very nice martini. This was our third visit, and no complaints from any of the three.

I'm writing this review based on my own meal. I was with two other people. One loved hers (vodka pasta with shrimp) and the other (salmon) wasn't as impressed. But back to my own experience. Appetizer: ordered the giant meatball to share. Very tasty. By itself, this would be a small meal. I would order it again. Salad: I had... More

The food was good and we liked the atmosphere. I don't think it was worth the price though....Good place for a "special occasion" meal.

The meal was excellent from the meatball (which didn't need the mozzarella stuffed in the middle) to the extra sauce the waiter brought me for me pasta. I didn't expect this type of restaurant next to a bowling alley in a strip mall. Do yourself a favor and try Stefano's out. Pricey but great meal!

If you like a slow, conversation-friendly meal in a warm, cozy environment, Stefano's is an excellent choice. We're new in town, but it was recommended to me by several long-term residents who dubbed it "the best food in Morgantown." Do yourself a favor and order a salad and one of the fish options. We had the sea bass and the... More
