Great Service and food

Small quaint location. Ordered chicken parmigiano with a salad with a house made blue cheese dressing. Loved the dressing. Chicken parm came out and portion size was huge. I was a little concerned with the doneness of the chicken (I like my chicken very done). I asked if they could cook it a... read more

If you want more than pizza or brew pubs would recommend giving Puglioni's a try. Suspected the food was good when we encountered a half hour wait on a July evening when no WVU students were in sight. While the pizza offering was large it appeared most folk came for the fresh homemade pasta which was excellent. While the house... More

First of all, Puglioni's is not a place to go if you are in a hurry. Period. I don't mean that in a negative manner either. It is just a laid back, relaxed atmosphere. It is an ideal place to have a relaxed dinner, where you can talk to your companion(s) and enjoy one another's company. It doesn;'t get particularly... More

We had to wait about 15 minutes on a Friday night, but the food was worth it. I had the bird calzone and my daughter had butter and garlic pasta. Both were amazing. The loaf of bread that came with the food was standing in garlic butter, and was super yummy. We both could only eat half our meals. But... More

Can't say what it's like, when they are busy. When we went, it was quiet with only a few others. The waitress was very nice and took care of everything we needed. She refilled our drinks a lot. The food was amazing! The pasta is all homemade and fresh daily. I had the fettuccini noodles with Alfredo. You pick a... More

Quaint, good service, great food. Hard to believe that something so good is in a small hard to find strip mall. Will definitely return when in the area.

The food here is very good, especially the garlic bread. Service is usually slow, but worth the wait. The restaurant is crammed into a very small space however. If you are unlucky enough to be seated near the door you will have people standing over you, waiting to be seated. And in the winter the restaurant freezes every time someone... More

I went to Puglioni's by the recommendation of a friend who attended WVU. I ordered the Produce Pie. It was fine; the cheese was kinda runny. I saw other people with table bread. I wasn't offered any by the server? I don't know. It wasn't an inexpensive meal, and it was only okay.
