I meet colleagues here for dinner every few months. The restaurant is clean, the service is pretty good, and the food is always good and prepared exactly as I order it. On this particular visit, the waitress was phenomenal and took wonderful care of us. Will be back soon!

We had dinner here and there was a problem with my husband's meal. The Manager was very quick to correct the problem, pay for our entire dinner and give us a coupon for our next visit. We dined there again last night and the meal was absolutely perfect. The food was delicious and the service was wonderful!

Applebee's in Martinsburg is still much better than all the other locations. People love to eat here as its always busy. We love the Bourbon Street steak and I NEVER share the Maple Blondie! I suppose I could let my kids have one small bite -- but that's it!

ordered a burger with American cheese and it came out with cheddar. Sent it back and they put a piece of American cheese on top of the burnt incorrect cheese. They didn't bother to melt the new American cheese. So all I did was pick up the limp American cheese slice to reveal the remaining burned on cheddar cheese. the... More

It was late and we were very tired. But, Andi, our server took very good care of us and the food was excellent. It was a very relaxing atmosphere. Glad we chose this place for dinner!

The food was superb and the service was great. I'm not sure if it was just the day I decided to go, but there were so many people. I had to wait nearly 20 minutes and even then, I could barely hear across the table to my family. Would probably go there again maybe on a weekday afternoon or something.

Went for lunch.......only a very few there! Had to send lunch back three times for uncooked baked potato! The music was so loud, you had to lean across the table to talk, I mean yell! Just horrible!

Typical chain restaurant experience. Food was good, but prices were a bit high (for family of four) They didn't have a good selection for a lunch menu on a Sunday. For the cost I could have taken the family to outback. Staff was attentive and place was clean, bright and cheery atmosphere. We probably won't return for a Sunday lunch,... More

This joint is not your typical Applebee's. The staff is always friendly and it's best to sit at the bar, where the bartenders are attentative and ensure you enjoy your visit. Just leave two seats open for us. Enjoy!
