I have lived near Martinsburg my entire life and never been here before. Let me start off by saying most the employees at this restaurant are family that care about the businesses success. I asked my server what I should try as this was my first visit and she recommended the original cheeseburger. I ordered the cheeseburger and the fried... More

The food was good diner food with a lot of community feel. This place feels very welcoming, UNLESS you are there for breakfast, then it's a mad house. That can be said of any small diner trying to get everyone fed and out the door. Overall, we've been there for breakfast and a late lunch and have always had great... More

We ate ther two times and the first time we had great service. The second time was awful. Someone came to our table got us drinks then it took 20 minutes before I asked for the manager, which he was unprofessional and uninterestered at what we had to say. Nevertheless we never went back. The place is old and feels... More

Great little local spot for your weekend breakfast! The food is always consistently good, not expensive, service is great, and very little employee turnover! The only negative I can find is the owner must be a Faux channel advocate because Fox is always on the TV. But for Martinsburg that is no surprise. I love the fresh home fries with... More

This place is just like it looks--an old-timey, classic lunch counter right in downtown Martinsburg. It is a bit small, but you get to really talk to people, and enjoy the company. Everyone is friendly and chatty. It is not the newest cleanest spot in Martinsburg, but it just feels right. They have fabulous sandwiches. The Reuben, when on special,... More

Stopped by for lunch by chance this past weekend. Very friendly staff. Great crab cake sandwich at a reasonable price. Gem of a place in downtown/historic Martinsburg.

Not much to look at from the outside, but the inside? A very neat 1950's motif and very clean. Although the booths are on the small side, the portions are large and the food is great and reasonably priced. I drove by this restaurant many times and am now sorry that I didn't try it sooner!

I would call this place a diner not a grill. We walked in a little after 1 on a Saturday and the place was packed. The menu is all over the place. We started with the fried pickles which came with 2 homemade sauces - yummy! I had the crab cake, hardly any filler. The onion rings were fresh and... More

The Blue-White Grill is located on Queen Street - essentially the main downtown street. Metered parking is available on Queen or the cross street. The cafe occupies a single store front, so there is essentially one aisle with the counter and stools to your right and various booths to the left. The decor is probably orignal. Our waitress was upbeat... More
