Excellent food. Somewhat overpriced.

The menu was a bit small, but adequate & delightful. Dinners ranged from $18-$32. So next time, we probably won't take the kids. I thought the place should be nicer for the prices listed. This is the second time we have been to Lewisburg and we have eaten here both times, I got the burger this time and it was really good the only thing better would have been homemade fries with it but still was very good.

While thousands of miles away from home, I was happy to find a place where the proprietors were conscientious of where their ingredients are coming from and how they prepare their food. We had excellent burgers for lunch! The children loved their BLTs. Their lemonade was very good. If you are in the Lewisburg or White Sulphur Springs area, I... More

A very small place so reservations recommended. We went on a weeknight and couldn't get in so made reservations for a Saturday. Food was tasty and their menu has a local food emphasis. I had the lamb meatballs. At $26 I expected more than 3 meatballs but they were very good. My spouse had the New England Clam Chowder and... More

Quite the best restaurant I've ever eaten in! What makes this place stand out -apart from the exceptional quality of the food - the chicken curry is perfect, the zucchini pasta unusual and mouthwatering- is the atmosphere and world class quality of the staff: they know how to be attentive without hovering, they realise that you don't remove plates from... Four of us had lunch here this afternoon, and all felt it was just OK. I had the BLT, one had the hamburger and the other two had solie sandwiches. Everybody had the same opinion that it was just OK and deserved between a 2 and 3 rating. Since this was rated number one on Tripadvisor we may have gotten... More

I joined five of my friends this evening for dinner before attending a great production at the Greenbrier Valley Theatre. Unfortunately, the quality of our dinner was far below the quality of the performance. There is a bit of ambience, but the restaurant is small and therefore crowded. Servers have to precariously pass entrees over the heads of guests seated... More

We dined here with family and I think most everyone liked their meals. It was nice to see some fresh ingredients as well as some creative ideas for food restrictions (gluten free and vegetarian.) I thought the descriptions may have sounded better than the food tasted when it hit the table but it was still very good. The disclaimer about... More

Great food and service! Menu post on TripAdvisor is not current. That didn't matter to us, just an FYI. Bread and salad served with each entrée. One nice touch for me, cold water served in chilled wine bottle with no ice. Even though I went with my 7 year old I would not recommend for family with kids. No kids... More

A gourmet surprise in Lewisburg, West Virginia. The Stardust Cafe captures you with its story in the front of the menu - there is a special feeling and spirit here. It comes through in the ambiance and the cooking. A casual atmosphere with first-class cuisine! I only had one meal here, but wanted to order several things off the menu.... More
