We were in Lewisburg last weekend for their annual chocolate festival. We dined at "Food & Friends" on Saturday night. We went without a reservation, but luckily were able to be seated rather quickly. The menu offers a variety of foods to choose from and the meals we had were delicious. The sweet tea was great! The desserts sounded awesome... More

The food is great. Service is good. May be a wait getting in at dinner time. Decor is bright and cheerful. Close to some special handmade shopping and the heart of town.

This was a wonderful choice for good fare. Both times I've eaten here have been on Saturdays and I know they were busy. But the wait was relatively long. I had my grandson with me and he was very patient, but it's hard to entertain a six year old for an hour. The food, however, was worth the wait. It... More

I was here with a large group at a busy lunch time, but nothing was compromised. The food for all of us was delicious, and the service was excellent. I wish I could have gone back, but I was there for a sort visit.

We often stay in Lewisburg on our way to Snowshoe. Have had lunch at Food and Friends and found it delicious. Thought dinner would be the same quality. Recently, we had the night's special - a steak and shrimp dish and it was truly terrible. The shrimp tasted like it came out of one of those 2 lb. frozen shrimp... More

After a very disappointing meal in St. Michael's Maryland we stopped in Lewisburg WV before finishing our last leg of the trip. Wow what a delicious meal. Everything was excellent and they were busy. See u soon Food And friends.

We always dine here when in town. It's always so good, tonight was okay, but not to rave about as we usually do. Food wasn't cooked as ordered and just didn't taste as good. Now I won't say it was bad by any means, just not as usual! We were also there 2 hours! Which I feel was a little... More

I drove from Maryland to WV last week to visit my family and with being from there means I have went to Food and Friends for many years. The first thing on my agenda was to get my usual Steakhouse Salad. I was never so disappointed over food in my entire life. They have totally wrecked this salad. I am... More

The meal was a solid value and the food was excellent. I enjoyed a Greek Salmon dish, which was terrific. Their entrees are mostly under thirty dollars, and come with a soup or salad choice. The restaurant itself is situated in a charming older building. The service was solid; I highly recommend this one.

Blackened prime rib (the special), fresh, crisp veggies, good salad. All excellent. Many choices available, most with an interesting twist. Home baked bread. Wine selection. Our server was quite good. Entrees in the $18-$26 range. I noticed a smaller dining area that would be perfect for a larger group. Too bad this restaurant isn't closer to home! It would be... More
