While the spaghetti was pretty good, the pie was amazing! We had the coconut cream pie. I don't even like sweets and I was blown away by how good it was! It was crowded, and there was a line to get in, but it moved fairly quickly, and the service was very good. It's been in business for many years,... More

I was so excited to eat here... Then quickly disappointed. The only good thing on the menu is the fish. The spaghetti is over cooked and the sauce reminds me of hotdog sale chili sauce. The sauce is thin and like in a school cafeteria you have a puddle if water that develops because the noodles aren't properly drained. Just... More

My family has been eating at Jim's Steak and Spaghetti House for almost 40 years. It is my favorite place to eat in Huntington WV. Everything on their menu is exceptionally good. My favorite meal is their spaghetti with a side of cole slaw and rye bread, or their spaghetti/ravioli combo. Their spaghetti sauce has a taste all it's own... More

I moved to the area a few years ago and everyone raved about this place. I find it really hard to pay for spaghetti at any restaurant because you can make it so cheap at home...but Jim's has changed my mind! This spaghetti is so good and unique...I don't even make spaghetti at home anymore and I crave Jim's spaghetti.... More

Not only is it one of the best places in the whole Tri-State area to eat, it just happens to be where I received my engagement ring 25 years ago. And the food is just as good today as it was back then. Same recipes and owned by the same family. Fantastic. Lots of atmosphere. Wholesome family restaurant.

This icon of Huntington foodies is the same today as it always has been. The old style Italian food that is simplistically made and served in this frozen in time decor will make you remember home cooked food. You may want to check the back to see if "mom" is cooking the food because it is just like home.

Jim's is apparently a Huntington institution. It's located on the main street downtown. We were seated quickly and served promptly. The three ladies accompanying me (mother-in-law, cousin, and wife) all ordered spaghetti with meat sauce which they said was very good. I ordered baked ham and lima beans. The food was good - reminded me of what my Mom would... More

While the spaghetti is average, the pies at Jim's Steak & Spaghetti House are very good. On the wall inside of the restaurant are pictures of many notable folks who have visited Jim's over the years. It is worth a visit just to look through these pictures, which are quite interesting. Jim's has long been a local landmark in Huntington.... More

Very likely Jim's has been the same for 60 years, and it probably won't ever change. Spotless chrome, waitresses in starched white dresses, busboys in white pants. They have a menu, but just about everyone gets the spaghetti. It comes down to small, medium or large. There can be a line, but it moves fast. When they have a certain... More
