Bohemian Fare at a Good Price

An eclectic mix of food and drink offerings. The burritos and tacos are unusual and worth a try. One of the best mid-priced restaurants in Huntington.

We have been to this restaurant several times and I've decided we won't be going back. The food is just ok and there are absolutely no changes or substitutions allowed to your meal. You aren't even allowed to add ingredients to a salad. We have tried to make changes each time we ate there and we are told "no." This... More

In town for a track meet in the new 300m Indoor Track at Marshall University, my daughter and I ventured to the corner of Hal Greer Blvd and 3rd Ave for exactly what I wanted on a Friday night: authentic atmosphere, good selection of regional microbrews and a wide selection of unique burritos and tacos. Add in live music that... More

Alright it's trendy, with trendy folks sitting around looking trendy...but the Vegan dish was bland and colorless, fried tofu, fried potatoes....only in West Virginia would you get a Vegan dish that is totally fried and with no more color than this one. I wouldn't recommend the Vegan option for Sunday brunch unless you like your food fried and beige. My... More

After making Black Sheep in Charleston a favorite go to we tried this location. Something missing in comparison. Service was okay and good food but not as perfection as Charleston location. The atmosphere is much cleaner in Charleston as well. Maybe it was just an off day or maybe my expectations are just so high. Will have to give it... More

I've been here several times since it is within walking distance. Every time I go the service is different as well as the quality of food. The cheese dip is never consistent nor the salsa. Sometimes it is great and most of the time it isn't. I did love the fafael hummus burrito but the beet salad was awful. I... More

Just enjoyed a couple of beers with a pulled pork sandwich and trio of tacos. All was good. Great selection of beer brought up from the Charleston Brew Company. Easy to find. Waitress staff very friendly. Try the Great Lakes Black Out Stout if you like stouts.

I was in town for business and Black Sheep was recommended to me for dinner. The tacos were so good! I had three: smoked duck, brisket, and avocado. The brisket was my favorite! The avocado was also very good and the duck was my least favorite. I had a side of rice, which was okay but not the best. The... More

I've hit this place a couple times for lunch and have tried a couple different meals. I have to say it's it a place I would not go out of my way to eat at again. The food is decent and the staff is friendly but I had trouble with what they charge for what they offer. Too many other... More
