My family of five stumbled upon this place thinking it was a standard Mexi place. It's not. Super yummy fresh and creatively flavored food, great service and eclectic local atmosphere. I would recommend this after a day of enjoying the New River Gorge activities!

It would be easy to drive right past DiOGi's and never know what an amazing restaurant lies just inside. They serve some of the best Mexican food on the east coast. Don't miss their carnitas, absolutely amazing! The restaurant has lots of character, and the staff is friendly and helpful. We'll be back for more!

Had an excellent dinner here. The carnitas and chimichangas were wonderful and the guacamole was out of this world. Portions were large. Non-descript from the outside but don't miss this delicious food.

The servers are so nice, so friendly! The food has a Southwest Mex cuisine appeal, reminds me of Southern California! A little pricey; but overall excellent quality, quantity, and value.

Great food and awesome service! The deep fried banana bread pudding was amazing. The food wasn't too spicy.

Last night was our first time eating at DiOGis. We decided to eat there based on reviews. It is definitely time to clean or update the chairs and tables. Tables rock when you are eating. They are not even. I sat back in my chair and my shirt stuck to the chair. I thought I was going to die. The... More

I first thought this was an Italian restaurant because of the name (I didn't see the "mexican" part on the sign), but then realized it's a take on the spelling of the word DOG (there's a lot of doggie decor inside). The menu is mostly mexican with a bit of Costa Rican thrown in. The prices were a tad high,... More

Aside from the name and atmosphere the food was good as well. The carnata sandwich is spicier than expected, but they offer a great 'crabburger'! Excellent service to top it off.

My son is vegan and we found out Mexican food is a great option. A local person recommended this restaurant and we were not disappointed. The food was very good, and my son got to eat a satisfying lunch. This is also a funny place, with lots of dog pictures all around.
