Food is always good. Generous serving of the best french fries around. Always get their famous Genie or Pap special steak sandwich. Atmosphere is ckean but nothing special. Friendly staff.

If you like steak without any seasoning (including salt and pepper) then this is the place for you. We like our food to have some spice and taste to it.

While in WV, eat what they eat! That's our rule so we always ask locals for tips and advice. This one was a bad tip. Steaks were sub par and the sides came directly from a can. Now I know why TripAdvisor users rated Applebees as the #2 place to eat in Elkins.

Went to Dukes it was an okay experience, the potato skins had imitation cheese and bacon bits ,the salad was slightly wilted. I got the turkey club it was good. But overall I didn't like the food probably won't go back. The waitress was friendly and waited on us p

New location hasn't been updated on any website or GPS, which made it hard to find. The location isn't difficult, but all signs pointed to their old location. Server was polite at best. A bit short and seemed annoyed by my first time questions as an out of town customer. Crab cakes were the special, but were anything but special.... More

Well worth a visit. I had the dill Cod and it was excellent, and I'd have it again tomorrow, that is how much I enjoyed it. It came with a perfectly cooked baked potato, house salad with rasberry vinegrette was very good also. My friends had the Cod and 4oz filet mignon, and both said everything was perfect. Duke's is... Very nice in the new location went with cousin who is local, nice small town where everyone knows each other. Smiles all around. Great filet with a sweet potatoe and cottage cheese for an appetizer!

Overrated, disappointed in kitchen staff and management. First problem was my son's Turkey club was served, he started eating and discovered ON THE PLATE UNDER HIS FOOD was a greasy yellow paper receipt! Unacceptable, sent it back, waited a good 10 mins for them to make another one, which the lady [who we were told was owner] brings it out... More

Steak was juicy and tender but had no taste. The salad was basically nothing but lettece. The potato was really good and so were the desserts. If you like your food plain without much seasoning...
