My husband and I just returned from a long weekend trip to Blackwater Falls. I read good reviews about this place, particularly the breakfast, so we thought we would check it out. Overall, the experience was average. The staff was not rude, or particularly friendly. My husband got the Banana Dream French Toast and I got Peach Pancakes. Sounds fantastic... More

We loved this place and had breakfast there on both mornings. Its also an Inn and we wish we had booked it. The menu had both traditional and unique items, the server was very accommodating and the food was delicious. We highly recommend it.

This is basically a B & B with a restaurant. We went there for breakfast. It is just delightful! The special that day was peach pancakes with fresh peaches. I had than and my husband had a basic breakfast (eggs, sausage, toast). It was delicious! Kind of like have breakfast at your grandma's house (if your grandma is Southern). For... More

Not sure what time they open, but we came in when they were still kind of prepping for breakfast. Food was very good. The service was very good and they were all very nice. They also accommodated our children and let them choose a toy to play with while waiting for the food, which wasn't very long. Very good experience.

On a cool foggy morning my friends and I stopped here for breakfast and were pleasantly surprised. The innkeeper and our waitress were so nice and welcoming. The prices are great and the food is even better! Don't pass this place without stopping or you'll be sorry!!

We have breakfast here every time we come to Davis. Good food and good people. Her homemade salsa is so tasty! Roberto's burritos are huge and very filling.

We ate here both mornings we were in the area. I loved the banana french toast (not too strong of a banana taste) & the veggie egg biscuit. My husband enjoyed the peach pancakes & quinoa scramble. Funky decor & fast service.

We stopped here on our way out of town after a few days at Blackwater Falls Lodge. My husband had over-easy eggs, bacon, potatoes, and toast. He was particularly pleased with the eggs as most places do not get them quite right. I had the peach pancakes, which were excellent. It cost extra to get real maple syrup, but that's... More

We did not stay here but stopped in for breakfast. It was an excellent choice, food was great and prices were reasonable. The special was strawberry rhubarb pancakes, very different and very good. Loved the decor, a comfortable down home country atmosphere. I peeked at the rooms, they were all very clean, nicely decorated, and looked very comfortable. I would... More

It's an adorable inn and breakfast place. My friends and I were staying elsewhere, but this place is going to be where we stay next time. It is right in the middle of "town"- which is about 1 block- and very quaint. But the important part: Excellent breakfast- I had the lumberjack omelette and split the strawberry rhubarb pancakes with... More
