My wife and I had dinner here a few weeks ago and loved it. We had a flight of the five beers that they had on tap. All of them were very good with our favorites being the ESB and the stout. We also had the bratwurst platter which was very good. The owner was very friendly and seems very... More

The quick review... six beers on tap (at least when we were there), all brewed in-house. Awesome! And very tasty! Food was good! The food offerings are constantly changing... I had the Bratwurst and my brother had the fish and chips. Both were very good! The details... we stopped in for a break on a motorcycle trip and once there... More

My husband had the dark stout (I don't drink beer) and he said that it was very good. For our meal, my hubby ordered the tuna melt on beer bread. He really enjoyed it! Couldn't say enough about how good the bread was. I ordered the fish and chips. The fish was coated in a beer dip (I think that's... More

The chicken wings were bleeding and the fish was cooked in too hot oil, (so it was too crispy outside and too under cooked inside). But, the beer was Perfect!

I had a 'brat' (German) dinner and it was not great but pretty darn good. My friend had a chicken dish and did not like it much at all. We didn't find the beer to be anything special. It is very nice venue with very good service. I'd go back; my friend wouldn't.

The brats was spot on. Homemade sides, a ton of food. And tastey beer to go along with. I dont normally eat this kind of food, but I've been craving it ever since. Only slight issue, the hours that Google displays are incorrect. You might want to call before you go, to make sure they're open.

My boyfriend and I visited Blackwater Falls State Park last weekend and stopped by the Blackwater Brewery during our visit. We were PLEASANTLY surprised with this brewery. It's truly incredible and WORTH a visit. As soon as you walk into the brewery, you're amazed at all of the beautiful woodwork inside. There is a homey fireplace surrounded by comfortable seating,... Don't expect a full, six page menu here. Your waiter will tell you what they are serving, and what beers they have on draft. And all of it is great. I had the bratwurst and sauerkraut and my wife had an amazing shrimp bisque. The beers are top notch, really great. Only four stars as a warning to folks that... More

This is nice place in the town of Davis to get some food and drink. Recently had the bratworst platter which Included a brat sandwich, fries and sauerkraut. I believe they have six beers on tap brewed in house and they serve the flights so that you can try all of the choices. Also the prices are relatively inexpensive. I... More
