We stopped by late afternoon on a Saturday (just missed the luncheon menu which goes until 3 pm). Parking lot looked full from the front, but there is also parking on the side and there were plenty of tables inside, so we had no wait. Our server, Logan, was very friendly and provided great service. One thing I would recommend... More

Usually hate chain restaurants, but this was a lucky accident. Had excellent crab cakes with the standard salad bar. There was more crab that filler and the were hot and golden brown. My partner asked for extra mayo with his burger and was surprised to find some between the patties plus he received and extra cup of mayo on the... More

My friend and I had a very enjoyable lunch here in early August. The server was excellent and food was great. I haven't had a bad experience here in quite some time, a few years. We didn't eat from the salad bar so cannot comment on that. The burger I ordered was on a pretzel roll and had pepper jack... More

I hate to give negative reviews, but, that's part of why we look at tripadvisor, isn't it. Three of us were traveling home and stopped by, randomly, at "Ruby Tuesdays" in the Bridgeport area of West Virginia. This was our only poor meal during the two weeks we were on vacation in Tennessee. One had a chicken caesar, another had... More

Service great. Food outstanding. Even an umbrella to walk you to your car in rain. Asparagus grilled. Outstanding

A chain is a chain is a chain. Menu ok. Salad bar has the bare essentials. Sometimes the drinks have too much alcohol in them...other times they are perfect. Bathroom is always dirty and smelly.

I like to give my hard earn dollars to companies that try to be part of my community. Ruby Tuesdays does that with their giveback program; I appreciate that. This Ruby Tuesdays is filled with friendly staff: I appreciate that. For some reason, it isn't a very busy restaurant so wait time is less than some other nearby restaurants. I... More

Way too expensive & overpriced. Atmosphere was cool, watress was good but too busy serving the bar. I've been to every restaurant in the area but they are priced higher than the best steakhouses. $75 for two dinners, appetizer, two beer, a tea and 15% tip. If you wanna fill yourself on French fries & rice you'll be fine, otherwise... More

I always like to stop at Ruby Tuesdays when "on the road" choices are few, because the fish is dependable good, salad Bar is refreshing and can be chosen in place of a side dish. I also like their limited calorie menu with fresh vegetable sides, and baked potatoes.

Off the interstate a ways but we thought it would be with it. Must of been shirt staffed. Several empty table and folks waiting. Salad bar fresh but had to wait for plates. We had to steal silverware from the next table. Salt shaker was so packed it would shake. Steak and lobster was good. Cajun jambalaya pasta was soaking... More
