The food was good as normal. We had chips and salsa for an app. The lunch we had the triple dipper and the mini burgers. The waitress acted like she didnt want to be there or she just didnt want to serve us. Either way I wasn't impressed. She took our order without writing it down and came back a... More

I like sitting at the bar because you can see all the action. Service was great and the football game was right in front of me. Better than sitting in my living room! Better service.

The service was ok, not bad, not good. The waitress did get a few of our orders wrong. We were in a group of 4, so not a huge group. The seating in this restaurant is very cramped though. The food was ok, not great. I have had much better Chili's food at other locations. It's an ok place to... More

I have eaten here a few times. I generally eat at the bar when I travel for business as I am alone. This Chili's can't handle this design. They have their bartenders way too busy doing Carry Out, Service Bar, covering 2 tables, and taking care of the 12 seats at the bar. It is a design for failure. I... More

Service was good, not very good. We both ordered grilled salmon, which was well prepared. Vegetables were average. We would visit again if traveling through Charleston.

Service is quick, the food is good. They also have a fully stocked bar. If you are staying at the Embassy Suites or the Marriott this is in easy walking distance. Also adjacent to Towne center Mall.

The staff are friendly, but they don't respect your time. if you're in a rush, i'd avoid this place. It's unfortunate, because the food here is actually pretty good.

When our family is traveling in the US, we always look forward to a visit to Chili's. We like the food and it's always consistent in service and quality. Except this time. We spent the night in Charleston, WV and hit up the Chili's downtown. We should have taken a pass. The service was lacklustre, the restaurant was a mess,... More

We live close by. ..thought we would have a nice family lunch today. We were seated, drinks and food ordered. And waited. And waited. Three tables around us all ordered and received their food, one table was blaring music from their cell phones. ..still waiting for our food. Our drinks needed refilled, waiter said it would be "just a sec."... More

I was in Charleston for a concert and decided to go to Chili's before the concert. The food was very good and the service was outstanding. I love how you can pay your bill right at the table and play games while you wait for your food. Excellent experience. I will be back when visiting Charleston again.
