Above average service for this chain.

I would say that this place is above average for this chain. The service was really fast and the staff were really friendly. Even though we ordered the half sandwich and half soup combos, they gave us very big portions.

Big fans of Panera, but this was our worst visit ever. The staff was clearly short for even a slow evening and those that were there spent their time talking to friends/family in the restaurant. The manager didn't' appear to care. Dirty, wrong orders, poor value. Just not a Panera experience.

First visit, will be last. Roast turkey on flatbread with cranberries was a slimy mess that included limp spinach leaves, for color I suppose. Threw out the bread, removed stems from cranberries ate the turkey with a few berries. Companion's sandwich also turkey with avocado and a completely unripe, very tough slice of tomato. It is winter. But locally a... More

Papers- fresh crisp good one can always count on when on the road. Friendly and clean with prompt service. Very near super highways so it is easy to find.

Their Thai salad was wonderful but I can't say the same about the bread that came with it. It would have been perfect for soup - it was very crusty - but not at all suitable for salad.

Panera in the Charleston Town Center mall is just another well run Panera. Food is consistently good, coffee is fresh and hot. As its at the Civic Center end of the mall, parking is limited to the standard mall parking. Otherwise, highly recommended.

I love that I have some healthy choices here even though you have to watch the calorie count with the bread and temptation of pastries. My only complaint is that it is SOOO cold inside you have to wear a jacket in the summer time. They have a nice outdoor eating area with umbrellas so that is always a good... More

Lunch was very good as you would expect at Panera's. Soup and sandwich. Their soups are always good. I had potato soup and a turkey and cranberry sandwich. Good.

Staying nearby, I went in at about 3 p.m., way past lunch, not expecting much of anything fresh or good. I got a combo chicken wrap, salad, and drink which turned out to be very good, tasty, and fresh. Service was quick, friendly, and efficient.

Panera is a good place for lunch. They have a good variety of salads, sandwich's and soups. My favorite is their deserts especially the Cinnamon roll or Cinnamon bagel.
