Panera is usually consistent wherever I go. Food was consistently good, staff was friendly. One of our orders was done inaccurately (training issue?)but quickly corrected.

Why they would allow someone to take orders that obviously was incompetent is beyond me. Wanted to check my reward status and was initially told that she couldn't do that. I had multiple orders but after giving her the second order, she said that I had just asked for something different from what I had ordered. Is taking multiple items... More

While in Charleston for a conference, my friends and I had a lunch and a breakfast at the Panera which is conveniently located in the mall, but right across from the Civic Center. Every time we walked by, and both times we ate there, it was quite crowded but it's huge by Panera standards and even with a convention crowd... More

I tried to order a salad with shrimp. Found out the shrimp were from another country where the are pond raised with other animals, was told all shrimp are bottom feeders. Ordered a spinach salad without the bacon, they put bacon in anyway. I asked for my money back. I normally love Panera...what a disappointment!

Always a tough choice on which soup and salad. All are good. Enjoy the new line of pasta choices too!

I love Panera Bread. I always enjoy my meals here. The staff at this one wasn't on top of like some others, but the food was still good.

While traveling with my family, we hit the local Panera for dinner. We each placed our order; we are a family of 4. The total was over $40! We took our order to go so we could watch the March Madness basketball game (Go Blue!). When we got back to our hotel, we all dug right in to our yummy... More

Home cooked bread with in-house bakery - great soup, sandwiches! Try the Bakers Dozen assorted bagels for take-out when company visits for rave reviews.

huge seating area in comparison to other Panera's - excellent service and good food. Convenient to the Marriott across the street and located at the end of the large shopping mall in town.

We have eaten at this Panera several times since it opened last year. The food is consistent. They have a variety of sandwiches, salads and daily soups and recently introduced a pasta line, all of which are pretty good. They have a nice line of baked goods, all of which are rather delicious. Unfortunately, the prices are a little high... More
