Pitiful service

We were told it would be a half hour wait. Over an hour later we were finally seated. Starving we quickly ordered and received pizza before salad, no refills on water & just unbelievably poor service. Maybe the people in WV just aren't friendly but come on. This was horrible!

I stopped in one rainy Tuesday with a good friend of mine for some nice pizza and beer. Our server Debra was very helpful in guiding me to ordering the Cuban pork pie. Probably one of the best pizzas and servers I've ever experienced.

This is my third time there and it never fails to impress. Be prepared to wait if you think you will go a 7:00pm on weekends. But go next door to the book store and shop, they will call/text you when your table is ready

Wonderful pizza. Lots of local beer on tap. Very trendy atmosphere. We ate at the bar and the bartender took very good care of us. Food was delicious! Three of shared a large pizza and everyone had drinks for $40 - good deal!

Now I know it takes a long time to make delicious pizza, with what I'm sure was the freshest of ingredients, but this trip was a disaster from the start. First of all, they said 30 mintues to be seated and it took an hour and 15 minutes. Just about everyone from the bartender to the seating person to the... More

I have traveled a lot and been to quite a few restaurants locally and "abroad". But this gem is in my backyard. It's #1 for a reason. We had no wait and good seating!

This restaurant moved into our capital city on the ground floor of an old original building, the upstairs was a former group home that was being renovated for homeless veterans by an independent, high quality organization. The business owner and staff did everything they could to block the veterans. My husband and I entered the place to eat only to... More

Good food & service. Excellent desserts!! My WV friends often take me there when I'm in town. It's a little crowded at times but the wait is never too long & the food is worth it. My only complaint is that it can get too noisy for decent conversation. But overall great place

For years I would only eat traditional pizza. My adult kids suggested I give couple different pizzas a try. I ordered traditional and they got 1 white pizza and another with grapes on it? I looked at them and said no way! After trying both of them I was pleasantly surprised both were excellent.

We regularly go here. The pizza is not your normal pizza. I have tried several of the pizzas and I have to say I like almost all of them. (I did not like the Mushroom & Garlic. Too garlicky even for me.) My favorite is the Chicken Gouda & Thai Shrimp. The ingredients are always fresh the atmosphere is so... More
