We were so surprised to see the variety on the menu and the many different cuisines offered in such a small establishment. The décor is rather bohemian - which we loved - and the folks running the place are the best. We were given a free appetizer just because we mentioned it was our first time there! I've been recommended... More

The Kabobs are a specialty of the house. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. You cannot go wrong with the Mediterranean Café. We favor the chicken Kabobs but the lamb are also delightful. The owner Alfredo, makes every person dining there know that he cares about their experience in his restaurant. A+++

While the options are limited in Charles Town, this restaurant is a solid high quality choice for a variety of mediterranean fare. They provide pita and hummus immediately upon sitting down and the service is thorough and attentive. We ordered the lamb kabob and veggie kabob, as well as baba ganoush. The lamb was perfectly cooked and came with a... More

This cozy restaurant has an abundance of choices from areas throughout the Mediterranean. My Wife and I tried the kabobs (Steak, Lamb, & Vegetable) and were not disappointed. The quality of the food was great and cooked to our request. Very well priced for the quality and quantity of food. After dinner have the Persian Tea & Mediterranean Cheesecake, both... More

WE LOVE THIS RESTAURANT. Ambience= 5*****, Aromas from kitchen =5*****, Server (Cody) gave excellent recommendations=5*****. The food was simply outstanding. We were seated and given a complimentary plate of warmed pita bread, ambrosia-like hummus with lovely, lemon undertones and just enough garlic, feta cheese with herb crust & a light swirl of balsamic vinegar; we were in shock because this... first time eating here and I was impressed with the array of different cuisines. Loved the complimentary appetizer. We ordered the kabobs which were highly recommended in other reviews. The salmon was better than the steak which was too well done, but good. Liquor prices were unbelievably reasonable . Will definitely go back and try something different. The service was... More

Easily some of the best food in the WV panhandle. I highly recomend this place for any occasion, The hospitality was more than impressive, they have a great big family table, booths for couples, and a cozy corner area with lounge setup. A++

It is a small cozy restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious. There was a great variety of dishes. We had a very hard time choosing and wound up picking a family style dinner which gave us a nice variety. The appetizer was garlic shrimp and fresh mozzarella with fresh tomato. The seasons were superb. The main platter had a variety... More

The fresh warm pita with hummus & shizra was wonderful.. Our entre's were as well. I had lamb shish-ka-bob w/basmati rice and my husband, the chicken shiskabob. The owners/family were friendly. I give this place the definite thumbs up. We were very pleased with everything. Its not a huge place, small and cozy.
