Authentic Italian

This is an original, locally owned, fine dining restaurant with prices more reasonable than others of similar quality. It is a local favorite for a romantic dinner but also accomodates family gatherings of all ages. The staff is friendly and the food is fantastic.

We love Rocco's. Probably my families favorite restaurant in the Tri-State area. Everything on the menu is homemade and delicious. The lobster ravioli is fantastic. We have taken several visitors from out of town and everyone loved it.

Having attended an evening event, my wife and I decided to try Rocco's which had been recommended by a friend. We arrived at about 8:30 pm, and were greeted promptly and very cordially and seated at a table for two, not crowded closely to any of the other six occupied tables. The dining room is dimly lit, but not uncomfortably... More

I’m always suspicious of restaurants which are dimly lighted so I was careful when I stepped in from the bright day into the dark rooms of this establishment. However this time I could put my guards down – the place was clean and nice. We are not local but it is clear the place is popular as it was packed... More

I celebrate my birthday at Rocco's every year. This has been a tradition for more than 10 years now. Myself and about 20 of my family and closest friends enjoy a great atmosphere and even better food. I am personally stuck on 3 menu items. First, is the Sausage Cacciatore. It is so spicy and delicious. You can tone the... More

I have been to many restaurants- including many Italian places over the years and I anticipated a great place due to all the glowing reviews. First of all, it is a nice place with great service and a lovely ambiance. However, I was completely underwhelmed by their food. The bread was sub par, the salad was lettuce and onions (not... More

This place gets great reviews but unless you have a rich husband or a $100 dollar bill to burn, avoid. We had a $50 dollar gift certificate and paid $83 + a $10 tip. Whatever you do, don't fall for the "special scam." My wife had lasagna and I had the sea bass with was "the special" which was $36.95.... More

We usually go to Rocco's for special occasions since it is well out of our way for everyday dining. It is quaint but too cozy for my husband. The tables are very close together. The service has always been fantastic. My husband and I usually get the same thing since we only go once or twice a year. He gets... More

This was our third visit to Rocco's, and each experience has been uniformly excellent. If you have never been, don't try to find it without your GPS, and when you arrive, don't judge it by its exterior. There is a reason this place is ridiculously popular. We arrived at about 5:20 on a Saturday (they open at 5) and were... More

My 2nd visit this week. Was there 3 days ago and had good visit. The girls are locals and have been there. I am new to area. So took my spouse tonight and found it lacking . We were seated against a door with the sun in my husbands eyes and the heat on my back was uncomfortable. We decided... More
