We love eating here. The food is always high quality with seasonal variation. Service is pleasant and knowledgable. Thee dinners would be very expensive in a city and out here are a real steal.

Being local residents we have eaten at Lot 12 many times, primarily on special occasions. We have always been delighted with every dish, something different every time. We have referred many of our clients to Lot 12, and they have never failed to thank us for the recommendation. One couple liked it so much that they drove from DC one... More

I went with 2 other women & we were treated like dirt. After an hour I complained about the wait for our entrees. The owner was snotty like it was rude of us to complain. The waitress literally ignored us for an hour. We got our entrees after about 90 minutes with no explanation.

I've been coming to Berkeley Springs annually for years for our girls spa weekend. For the past 3 years we have dinned at Lot 12, each time hoping for a memorable experience, but always disappointed. It took 45 minutes for them to bring us our appetizers......roasted beet salad and a smoked seafood plate. The roasted beet salad might have had... More

After ignoring us for half an hour, our server finally brought out our wine & took our orders. It took another half hour for our appetizers to arrive. Then another forever benfore our entrees were served. Then the dirty dishes were left in front of us for 15 minutes until we could beg for the check. Really bad experience.

Just an all-around wonderful meal. Quite amazing to find a place this nice in the middle of nowhere. The food was delicious and the service just wonderful. Our server, Chantell, was kind and attentive. I had the Crispy Duck, which was very good, and my wife had the Coc-a-vin, which to be fair was.... out of this world. We licked... More

My husband and I went here for our anniversary. Our dinner was delicious. There was nothing I would change about it. Also, our server over heard us toasting to our anniversary and added a candle to our dessert that we had order. I thought that was really sweet of her. The service was great. We had made a reservation so... More

Finding a very high class restaurant out in the middle of Redneck Central is always a surprise, but this place, with it's 100+ year-old dining room and ultra-quality food, takes the cake. I would recommend Lot 12 to anyone who would like a taste of food and service at a top-ranked center city restaurant.

We've eaten here about a dozen times over the past 8 years and the food is always innovative and well prepared. We've had great games meats including rabbit, quail, and venison. The fish and seafood is always fresh and the preparations allow the flavor of the fish to shine through - not coated in heavy sauces, etc. The ever changing... More
