Fantastic little place

Just a short walk from the country inn up the hill to the east lies the Lot 12 public house . Converted old mansion , well updated but retaing the past's character . Great apps . We had only aps and drinks but will return next time we are in the area . Great service and unique menue .

We've been coming to Berkeley Springs since the mid 90s when my parents bought a place there. We now have one of our own and stay there about every other weekend. Even though home is in the DC metro area, this is where we eat our special birthday/anniversary dinners. We have yet to be disappointed. Damian is an excellent chef... More

My wife and I have dined here four times over the past few years. It is a special added treat as we enjoy a relaxing stay in Berkeley Springs. The food and service are top-notch. Great upscale comfort food in a relaxed atmosphere. I had Veal Scallopine with crab and mushrooms on top of some mash in a delicious sauce.... More

If this restaurant was in DC, the prices would be double - and still worth it! Don't be in a hurry, the food is worth taking the time over. Wine list is good, desserts innovative. Just get there - you'll be glad you did!

My girlfriends and I visit Berkeley Springs annually during the fall months. This year, we dined at Lot 12 Public House for the first time and will make this an annual event. The ambiance of the charming older home, the exquisite food and great service created a lovely and fulfilling dining experience. The salads were exquisite; the butternut squash and... More

This lovely restaurant is a fine dining experience ... getting to it is a bit of a challenge, as it is on a hill reached by 2 or 3 flights of steps, but they do have a drive to the side of the building with a ramp and access to the restaurant through a side door for those unable to... More

I will never consider going here simply due to the way I was treated when I called. We had a party of 8. Four couples that wanted to make reservations. Each party wanted their own separate checks. Tax purposes. I was advised under no condition nor was there any exception that would permit separate checks. I advised the representative on... More

I've eaten roast duck the world over, and this is as good as any I've had anywhere else, from Toronto to Saigon. it is delicate, unbelievably juicy and, with specially cooked Brussels sprouts and potatoes, it just can't be beat! Truthfully, to find a restaurant of this caliber, out here in the middle of a little hillbilly town nestled in... More

Great hidden treasure in Berekley Springs. Located on a side street and holly area, it is very well worth the effort. I had the Pork tenderloin with spinach. Excellent. The warm bread was great as a start. Salads looked good and local fresh greens All the dishes I saw were very appetizing Next time I'll try the scallops! Too full... More

We picked this restaurant to celebrate our 24th Anniversary. A beautiful home remodeled just enough. Although pricey for the area, we were served a delicious and filling meal. We started meal with Hot crab dip and calamari. Both were impeccable. Our dinner plates were served after a wonderfully surprising palate cleanser. I'll Let you be surprised. Pasta with scallops, shrimp,... More
