Was surprised how Cracker Barrel adjusted menu to offer healthy choices, so we enjoyed twice the place to eat. Many years back I considered this being a "grease spoon" but what a surprise. Nice restaurant with the shop up front and again great choices for food. Not expensive at all given other places.

A typical Cracker Barrel, which means the food is good at a reasonable price with generous portions, and there is a crowded little country store with quaint items to look at while you wait to be seated. Wait time was about 20-30 minutes so all in all very typical for every Cracker Barrel I've ate at. Don't stop if your... More

Food took more than 30 minutes to arrive and it was cold. They cooked new food that came out one plate at a time. Complete service took more than an hour. Food poorly cooked. Eggs undercooked. Ham floating in liquid. Potatoes cold and greasy. Had to request some items a second time. Waitress admitted that our tomato juice came from... More

I always enjoy my visits to the Cracker Barrel, no matter where I've stopped. My favorite meal is the Breakfast Starter. I always take the muffin home for the next morning.

We often stop at Cracker Barrel when we do long road trips, but frankly that's the only time we ever go to one, even though we have one where we live. And we only get breakfast there. This Cracker Barrel was average. The only disappointment was the grits. As a southerner, I know that some folks will probably have their... More

The server did not seem thrilled to be there. The food was ok but the portions seemed a lot smaller than other Cracker Barrels. My silverware was slightly dirty. We had to remind the server several times about the biscuits and cornbread. They must have been out of straws. When our drinks were brought the server started to move on.... More

This is such a nice stop before a day driving through the local mountains. The staff is wonderfully friendly and who can complain about a nice fire for breakfast.

We were so disappointed in this Cracker Barrel - we have enjoyed eating at many locations. We stayed in Beckley while on a 2 week vacation, and this was the worst meal of our trip. I usually order the hash brown casserole, but this time they were like rubber. The corn muffins were dry and tasteless. The best part of... More

We had been on the road all day and ended up in Beckley, WV. We found the CB location near the hotel we stayed at and always enjoy a nice dinner here as we can always depend on the food and the service. Nina, our server did not disappoint us. Despite a crowd due to conventions and meeting in town,... More
