King Tut keeps it old school and consistent.

Another favorite throwback spot in Beckley, WV. It is why Sonic is successful, with its drive in/window service. Try: Hush Puppies, Milk Shakes, Steak and cheese, Or Square (pizza) with crunchy pepperoni.

A visit to king tuts is a point of destination everyone driving into Buckley should experience. Best BBQ in town...wonderful fries, everything on the menu is very good. The car hop comes to your car, takes your order and brings it to you on one of those window trays , just like the good ole days. They are closed on... More

Call in ahead or you will have to wait for a while. The food is good but not great. At least it is something different than your big chain.

Saw this traveling through. Food quick, solid choices. Would highly recommend meatloaf sandwich or steak hoagie. Steak hoagie basically cubed steak with sautéed peppers & onions. Kids chicken nuggets were real chick bites. Drive-thru is covered so rain isn't an issue. Chocolate creme pie wonderful, definitely homemade. Park located across a busy street, so maybe visit after with kids.

If you really wish to learn about where America's obesity problem comes from- spend a spell at the King Tut Drive-In in Beckley, WV. It's a classic bit of Americana tucked away in the state that has earned the title of America's obesity capitol. One- you don't have to get out of your car even once if you don't want... More

We visited here while at Winterplace. We read the great reviews so thought, why not. Well my husband and son said the burger and hotdog were good but arrived cold. I ordered the fried chicken dinner which was also cold. The breading on the chicken was sweet. Fried chicken isn't supposed to be sweet, at least where I'm from. The... More

Hi there, We're sorry you didn't like the chicken. We advertize it as being honey dipped. It's popular with our local customers as is the homemade bread. We have had a problem in keeping curb served food warm this month. Temperatures well below freezing tend to cool curb served food quickly. Again we apologize and hope you'll try us again... More

I grew up going to King Tut's and only get it on the rare occasion now that we live out of state. Was thrilled to be able to go recently and had the best dinner. My husband and I often joke about having their food over-nighted on dry ice just to be able to taste it again in between visits.... More

King Tit's has been around longer than I can remember. The best hot dogs with chili and slaw, cheeseburgers with onion and cole slaw are to die for. The have really good pizza, the nightmare is a meal in itself. The full meals are fish dinners, chicken liver dinner, hamburger baskets to name a few. You can't find many first... More

This was amazing. Fun and different. Great for kids. The King burger is awesome. My girls loved the pizza. Menu is huge and prices fair but it's worth the experience. Flash your lights for quick friendly service and awesome sweet tea.
