Was there again on Good Friday and was concerned there wouldn't be many non meat choices. What was I thinking? I've been there before and should have none the had it covered. If anything there were too many choices. Great food, good service and despite being slammed not a long wait for the food.

This place serves decent Mexican food at a decent price. If you have a family, this is the place to go. However if you don't have a family be aware that it can get noisy.

This place is just "ok". It hit the spot. We were hungry, tired and just needing some food. We were staying at the Oxford Inn next door, they had a coupon and it was walking distance so it worked for us. The food is simple fare, we felt a bit "cheesed out" after dinner. The drinks were ok. The prices... More

The place is pretty good, and they have decent specials. The atmosphere is nice, and though geared towards commercial American Mexican Food, they do have a few authentic items on the menu as well. It's especially fun in the summer when you can sit outside near the walkway by the Yakima river.

I've been here three different times and have been disappointed all three times. Today I ordered two tacos with rice and beans. The beans had a layer of grease/oil on them. The rice was dry and flaky. 6 hours later and I'm on the couch sick to my stomach. The servers were polite and efficient. I would not recommend this... More

The food was delicious, great menu, and friendly staff. They really make you feel appreciated and welcome. while there are no unusually special dishes on the menu, I would think everything is done nicely. I had a shredded beef taco salad and it was as good as can be.

This is one of our favorite Mexican spots in town. For those not familiar with Yakima, in my opinion at least, it has some seriously good Mexican food. This place does not disappoint. The food is top notch, and the place is huge, making it easy to go with children. Service is a little hit or miss, but we've never... More

In September, our Harstene Island Travel Club (group of 22) visited El Mirador while visiting Yakima on a 2 day wine tour. We ordered drinks of our choice and dinner off the menu. The food choices were many and everyone had ample servings. I must say our waitress was one of the best I have ever seen. She remembered what... More
