Loved the fried green beans and the "homies" (homemade chips) we both had fish and chips! pretty good! but the batter that was crispy on arrival got kinda soggy pretty quick, bummer. not much atmosphere, but we don 't know Yakima at all, so went with decent review and usually "pub grub" is a good bet.

If this is the #1 rated restaurant in Yakima, then Yakima us in trouble! We picked this because of the good reviews but I would not go back. Restrooms stunk of stale beer and urine, our water tasted awful, burger was so overdone it was like a hockey puck, my shrimp tacos were marginal and a soggy mess. A disappointment.

We got into Yakima late on a Friday night and we were looking for a place to eat and to grab a couple of drinks. I looked up some restaurants on TripAdvisor and this one came out on top and for good reason. The food was great - not your typical pub food. The menu was varied and different and... More

We read the reviews on TripAdvisor and decided to give it a try! Went there yesterday afternoon. Sat down and went to order beers but the only downfall was the waitress did not know what they served! She made up for it in service and personality. Maybe she can type a cheat sheet to have behind her order pad. We... More

Good pub food. Good service. Like the atmosphere. Would come again. Had a Blt Lu's cheddar. Varied menu, nice staff, fun stuff on Walls!

Read the reviews on TA and decided to try Bert's, glad we did. It's always fun to try something different in a new city, instead of going to a chain. It's definitely off the beaten path, but that's okay. Fun little place, very family oriented. It was pretty crowded on a Thursday night, but no problem getting a table. Immediately... More

A must try place. Great food especially the Mac and cheese. Good staff, darts and shuffle board. Cool decor as well.

Fun place with better than average pub food. Several draft options and the wait staff knows their beers. I took their suggestions and was glad I did. Food was good and you have to try the "Homies," fresh made French fries. I went to Bert's when it was at the second location across from the railroad tracks downtown and this... More

Service is above all what sets Bert's from the rest. On top of that the food has never been anything less than above average. the atmosphere in the basement setting is perfect for that local pub drink some good beer and hangs with some friends kinda place. Try the Mac n Cheese, green beans off the appetizers, and the tuna... More
