Tasty. Fresh fish. Interesting menu.

Five of us had dinner here on a weekday. We had Pollo, fish, Masitas de Puerco, and a Cuban Sandwich. The fish fillet I had was fresh and nicely spiced. I tried the tostones (twice-fried green plantains) but they just tasted like potatoes. We all enjoyed our meals, and it was fun to try something... read more

During Seattle's restaurant week, we decided to try something out of our usual neighborhood, and branch out. We won't be doing that at the Twisted Cuban again! Food and service were extremely slow and the place was empty. Food was totally ordinary and easily confused with bad Tex-Mex. Not a fan.

I love Cuban food. I try to find it in most cities I travel to. Having relocated to the Seattle area from Los Angeles, I had a hard time finding any decent Latin food (be it Mexican or Cubano). I saw this place on my way to Red Hook Brewery and took a chance and was pleasantly surprised! I ordered... More

Lunched with 18 of my closest girlfriends to celebrate the birthday for one of them. The food and service were great. I had the Ropa Viejo, super good. Highly recommend this place if you like Cuban! Next visit will include cocktails and dessert.

I ordered Ropa Vieja, and I got a "lazy" dish. I say lazy because ropa vieja or shredded beef is supposed to be done by hand and this one was made in a blender or any kind of kitchen appliance. The presentation in general was "0". The flavor was ok. The service is very slow but friendly. The place in... More

my title says it all. We decided to try twisted Cuban coffee based on positive reviews for the food. I was surprised by the amount of unhealthiness that comes from their food. This may be the way they cook in Cuba but believe me, McDonalds does not use their fryers so often like this place. Everything we tried was greasy... More

We stopped by for a quick lunch and enjoyed their twisted cuban sandwiches. Food was good, atmosphere was charming and service was friendly. We will go back for sure since there were so many things we wanted to try.

I've been here several times. The menu has so many interesting choices for us North-westerner's who haven't tried cuban food. Of course our table of 4 share bites of each others meals. Of all the times, the only one entree dish is worth the visit (besides the cocktails, appetizers and desserts). That choice must be the Lechon Asado ( Roast Pork)... More

This restaurant has good Cuban food. We like the small dishes then you can eat all the different combinations of items. The prices are average for the area. It is not a big place and is crowded especially on weekends. The servers are helpful, attentive, but busy. It is a homey atmosphere and fun. We enjoyed the food and atmosphere.
