Had dinner here recently and thoroughly enjoyed the food and service. Reasonably priced with a good margarita menu to boot. The ceviche also was excellent!

We live half the year in a town in Western Washington that easily has at least 20 Mexican restaurants. The other half of the year we live in Palm Springs, CA, which also has at least that number. Most of the time the food at a Mexican restaurant tends to be very heavy and overwhelming. Often when we leave a... More

Great service and the food was awesome. I had a very large margarita - it was tasty and not super expensive. The children's menu was pretty extensive for a Mexican restaurant - which was nice for our picky eater. I highly recommend the carnitas tacos. Our waiter was very attentive and rushed to help me when our son spilled his... More

This is the place to go when you have a big appetite. We had a variety of burritos and fajitas. All were ample portions and prepared and served quickly and hot. The service was quite attentive...almost to the extreme. The dishes were good and had some nice unusual touches such as a sweet corn side and plenty of veggies. While... More

This restaurant has a nice building with good seating options. While it only has 2 locations, it is set up like a lot of other chain Mexican restaurants which I find less appealing though. We sat outside which was good but as it is this time of year, the bees were pretty bad so inside might have been a better... More

Are hear last nigh, after arriving in Winthrop late evening. Some other restraints had stopped cooking at 9pm , but Carlos1800 keeps open until 10. Mexican canteen style, as you would expect. Bright, colourful and clean. Lots of room. Nice staff. Good selection of food and beer. Big servings. Enjoyed very much.

This review is overdue, we ate here in the summer of 2014. We sat outside, nice place to people watch on the deck overlooking the town when it's not too hot out. We decided to just get some chips/salsa and guacamole with a few blended margaritas. We ordered two margaritas, blackberry and mango. The waitress said (seriously), "we don't have... More

Given the location, this might be the closest you can get to Mexican food in Eastern Washington. The food was "average" Mexican - have had some a lot better, some a lot worse. The chips were warm, the salsa "ketchupy" but with good flavor. Chicken enchiladas were nice and cheesy with spicy chicken and plenty of fresh guacamole. Taco salad... More
