Cilantro and Jalapeno's

We went in for drinks and nachos. I wasn't overly impressed with the nachos, they came out rather soggy. However the drinks were delicious and it was definitely something new. If you looking for a spicy bit of yumminess I would try the Jalapeno drink.

We used this restaurant on the basis of a limited choice and the comments made by someone coming out. The meal was OK but certainly nowhere up there with what we had hoped for. I selected a dish that was not too spicy but there was very little flavour to it and another dish was very stodgy. The service was... More

Absolutely nothing special about this place. The only reason I'm even giving it three stars is because it is indeed "average" in comparison to the numerous other "average" restaurants in town. I do think if we'd been seated at the front of the restaurant, at or near the windows that front the street, it would have been a more pleasant... More

My teens and I had a delicious dinner. The service was very sincerely friendly, professional, and efficient. The food was delicious, plentiful, and nicely presented. We sat by the window in the quieter room, which was nice. Perhaps the highlight of the entire evening was as we were leaving the restaurant, when every single employee we walked past - about... We arrived when all the tables were full and were directed to seats near the cashier to be called next. After watching four other groups seated by somebody else while the guy who benched us disappeared, we decided they suck and went elsewhere.

I wasn't expecting to get good Mexican food from a small town in Washington, but the food was excellent and so was the service. I would definitely recommend Carlos 1800!

Came here after a long day of driving. The food was great and the service was good. Didn't expect Mexican to taste so good here in this cowboy town.

The young waiter who served us was outstanding. This restaurant was right in the middle of the old western town of Winthrop. The food was good and portions generous. Prices reasonable.
