The service was alright. Three out of four of us got the fish and chips....The frys are good but I could buy better fish sticks at Walmart for alot less money. We also tried a couple drinks and they were awful too...something blue that was suppose to have 4 different rums with some lemonade in it..well it was mostly lemonade.... More

The bartenders Served us drinks, dinner one night and I had lunch the next day.. not very good for the price.. Bloody Marys were ok, but the garnish was good and what makes it special. Had the ravioli and it was frozen bagged ravioli with canned tomatoes and mushroomed sprinkled on top with a dash of some kind of shredded... More

Westport is a fishing town. This means that folks are up at 4.30am, on the water at 6am, and hungry back on land by 5.30. We got there at 5.30 without a reservation. After us...a LONG queue!. The food was very good, though expensive. I had the crab cakes with rice, my wife had the crab cake salad. I'd recommend... More

If you are looking for restaurant with great food and drink and a view, then Half Moon Bay Bar & Grill is a must. If you are just looking for a bar beverage, their Bloody Mary is delicious and a meal in itself. If it's food you are looking for, I would highly recommend the crab cakes or a bowl... More

This restaurant sits right near the water in the Westport Boat basin. A lovely setting. However, the menu selections were few, and I they were out of one of the things I wanted. Service was slow, and it was not a busy evening. I ended up just ordering a bowl of soup which arrived lukewarm and didn't taste good enough... More

The food was varied. I had fish and chips which was ok while my wife's soup was lukewarm. Nice marina view and outside seating when it is warm enough.

It was late when we checked in to our room and we noticed that not much was open so we decided to eat at this restaurant associated with our hotel. I should have gone hungry. My brother and mom both got the "house made", "award-winning" clam chowder. That was not very good, and decidedly from a can. I asked if... More

The restaurant has limited tables by the window with a harbor view. There are more tables with a view in the bar. Prices are pretty high, but happy hour in the bar is reasonable. Service started off with a smile, and then we were ignored. Not even eye-contact when the food was delivered. And, yes, we were friendly. It's an... More

We sat in the bar area. It took the waitress 12 minutes to acknowledge our presence. We got our food before we ever got our drinks. Nothing was served fresh. Though crab is a huge business in this town, this restaurant does not serve fresh crab. We got crab cakes and it was obvious that they had spent some time... More

This seemed like a perfect spot for our large group (8 adults 5 kids), right on the water. We were seated right away & given menus, ordered our drinks and the wait began. The place was virtually empty and the wait for our drinks should have been a sign of things to come. We placed our order and then waited... More
