Ate here about 3 months ago and was not impressed with the food (Chicken Oscar, limp asparagus, boring rice, weird Caesar with black olives and tomatoes, rough dessert - but great servers and Moscow Mules)......came back last night after doing more research and learning the reviews are mixed unless you get the prime rib. So, trip #2 - service is... More

My dinner was wonderful! Good prime rib. Tender, flavorful and cooked the way I asked. Good service. Yummy baked potato. I would slow down a bit between courses though. I would definitely come back for the prime rib. Looking forward to trying the beef tenderloin next time!

The starter salad was so basic it was quite forgettable. The main course was equal to the starter. The food was less than tasty. We have paid less than half at other restaurants. The server was good, no problem there.

We were up to Wenatchee for the Apple Blossom Festival. We have been to the Windmill for dinner, but I noticed when we drove in that they were now serving breakfast... So we decided to give it a shot on our way out of town. We were really surprised how good it was. I had the Mill Omelet (See Picture)... More

I can't recall exactly when I had my first steak at the Windmill but I think it was December of 1962 (I'm an ole guy!!). It was amazing. Last weekend, I went to the Windmill expecting a waiting line and found myself being seated immediately in a nearly empty (maybe 9 or 10 others) restaurant. As soon as I sat... More

Had a huge Prime Rib and tried to eat too big a piece! Got it stuck in my throat and couldn't get it up or down. A wait person, Ruth, came to my rescue with the Heimlich maneuver and saved me!! Shame on me, hoorah for her! PS The Prime Rib was both tender and very tasty.

We took family who had been here many times with cattleman's conventions and she had great memories of the food. It was our first time and it was strange being the only ones on a Sunday night. Our server was very upbeat and friendly, but new. We had asked first for the music to be turned down so we could... More

We had a great dinner prior to the Sheryl Crow concert yesterday. The chicken Oscar and rack of lamb were fantastic. We both had very good caesar salads. Becky who has been there as a server for 13 years made the whole experience even better. We didn't have time for dessert so she sent us off with Apple Pie to... More
