Amazing food but for a very high price! excellent service. The inside was really dark but cozy. Our only downside to our visit was the seating was acually horrible and very uncomfortable, we were sitting in booths that the seats had lost the support, kinda like a old truck stop (you know what that feels like) we felt rushed to... The menu is not extensive but there are enough choices that everyone in our part of 4 was able to find something they liked. The service was good and the food was provided quickly enough to make the meal very pleasant. The nice bottle of Walla Walla wine was a good match to the ribeye steaks two of us chose.... More

The Windmill is the best place to go in Wenatchee for a steak, and the staff is dedicated to making sure you always have the best dining experience. Save room for dessert!

we found ourselves in Wenatchee, with a craving for steak. I had a faraway memory of the Windmill, so we decided to give it a go. From the initial phone call answered by Becky, to the first sip of an incredible lemon drop, to the succulent filet (for me) and prime rib (for husband), we felt welcomed and pampered and... More

I had heard this was "the" steak place in Wenatchee so my wife and I stopped in one evening. It is a small place and the booths are small and tight. Fairly uncomfortable for me although I'm a larger guy. The steak was fine, a bit over cooked, but decent flavor. Pretty pricey but I knew that going in.... My... More

The quality of the meat seems to have gone down. The food service and preparation was excellent.but the hard wooden benches are very uncomfortable even though they add to the old fashion flavor of the place. They need to start serving a better quality of meat especially for the price.I know they know how to make a fabulous steak but you... My friend years ago went to the Windmill for a dinner and was very impressed by how good the steak was. They were quite busy, it took awhile to be seated. Becky the waitress was very nice and kept coming back and letting us know it would be just a few minutes more. We were seated and ordered our food... More

It's been a couple years since we ate at the Windmill and have always enjoyed it so we decided to go for a special occasion. The one word to describe the dinner is disappointing. I had the small filet and my husband had the New York. The steaks were ok but way overpriced, At least the cost includes a salad,... More

We just finished dinner and all was great. The service was exceptional, our waitress was knowledgable, courteous and very pleasant. We ordered an appetizer of whiskey peppercorn Dijon steak tips and it was very tender and tasty. My husband ordered the fish and chips, I had the filet mignon and prawns and both plates came with a salad (plain leaf... More
