Good but pricey!

This is a dated but updated long time firm in Wenatchee. New parking lot. Split the rime-rib and get Necky as your waitress!

The place may look a little dated but if you are a foodie as we are...it IS THE place to go!!! Great dinner, from fresh salad with homemade dressings..we had blue cheese and you can see all the blue cheese actually...yum. Prime rib was perfect as were prawns that was the special that night...soooo reasonable for the amount and quality.... More

We have been eating at the Windmill off and on for 50+ years through various owners and the standard is still there. The prime rib (huge, so share it) was excellent with a great potato. Excellent prawn cocktail as an appetizer. The staff is hurmorous and very efficient. It is a great feeling to go back to a place that... More

The food was fresh and prepared and cooked expertly. I had the prawn scampi that was surrounded by an amazing light sauce. Our waitress Becky was attentive, informative and made our dining experience fun.

Great steaks! Great waitresses too. I highly recommend this place. It's small, but everything else is tops.

There were 13 family/friends in our party for breakfast. What an outstanding time and the food was excellent. Our waitress, Becky, went overboard in taking care of us. When our 6 year old's full cup of hot chocolate was accidentally spilled on him to by one of our party, Becky took over and did everything (including the first aid on... More

I live here. For a small community we are blessed with lots of good eateries. The Windmill does not rival the best of the best in big markets, but steaks in Wenatchee it does very well. And the people who own and serve care, are very attentive and add to the eating experience. So, you'll pay a fairly high price,... More

Small Resturant but cozy and comfortable. Steaks and prime rib are featured but fish dishes available. We had prime rib, tenderloin and fish and chips. The "PR" was a bit tough, the tenderloin was super as were the salads, the "Manhattan", and the baked potatoes. Our waitress was very attentive. The dessert pies were home made. A bit expensive but... More

Ate here about 3 months ago and was not impressed with the food (Chicken Oscar, limp asparagus, boring rice, weird Caesar with black olives and tomatoes, rough dessert - but great servers and Moscow Mules)......came back last night after doing more research and learning the reviews are mixed unless you get the prime rib. So, trip #2 - service is... More

My dinner was wonderful! Good prime rib. Tender, flavorful and cooked the way I asked. Good service. Yummy baked potato. I would slow down a bit between courses though. I would definitely come back for the prime rib. Looking forward to trying the beef tenderloin next time!
