My husband and I ate in the pub side and both ordered their hamburger. It was truly excellent. Other food and drinks were quite good, too. Will definitely return when next in this part of Hood Canal.

Coming back from Lake Cushman after a day of play, we were tired and hungry and stopped at the Robin Hood Restaurant. I saw someone open a back gate and peaked in seeing the most beautiful old European beautiful garden! I asked the waitress if we could bring our Golden Retriever to an outside table and she said yes! A... More

Visiting from out of state - we went there for the Open mic, "A MUST" per our friend. And we agree! We shared a cheese board and the beer battered onion rings. Everything was EXCELLENT! My favorite drink is (from Ten Bells in Oak Cliff) - the Daily Ration. I shared the recipe with the very nice bar tender and... More

When visiting Union - or driving through en route to the Olympic Peninsula - do stop for dinner here. The menu offers fresh, local produce and seafood. Try the pub for casual fare like their yummy fish 7 chips - or - request the dining room for a bigger meal. Especially like the oysters - on the half shell or... More

We've eaten here several times and always enjoy the food. It wins hands down over Alderbrook. There is a wide and varied menu selection. The wait staff is very pleasant. Love going into the pub side after a lovely meal in the main dining room. This is an old establishment and has been doing a good job for many years.

I arrived after a short walk from the Alderbrook resort. With the assistance of the bar keep, and a friendly local, I choose my beer and headed out to the patio! My group arrived later and we enjoyed a delicious meal, wine and great service. The staff are really good and know hoe to deliver a great customer experience. This... More

Recently visited over the weekend and decided to stop here after looking at the very limited choices in the Hood Canal area. While I appreciate a restaurant using local and organic ingredients, if these ingredients aren't cooked well it's a wasted effort. I ordered the halibut and fries, English style and paid $20. Excessive is cost in my book considering... More

We eat here at least one a month. The service is always great and the food is good. Not a huge variety on the menu but it has something for everyone. The atmosphere is very relaxing and is a great way place to unwind at the end of the day.

Maybe we hit it on an off night. They didn't have any of the really interesting things we had wanted to try (game, etc) Not an oyster fan, so there were very limited options. I had read raves about the fresh organic food - our salads were about the most tasteless things we had ever had. They didn't taste bad... More
