I think you only go here for the fun of watching the chef cook and play! the food was good, but nothing out of the ordinary. We have Kyoto's japanese steak house here in charleston, and the same entertainment but much less expensive. We went because our grand daughter loves it. There were 4 adults and 2 kids who shared... Get manager's choice with filet mignon. Ask to cook it as one piece and cut at the very end. Then it will be really juicy.

We took some friends for lunch and Yuki, the hostess, remembered us from the last time we came in June. That's pretty good, considering we don't come often since we live in Hawaii. She seated us right away. Lunch is pretty reasonably priced. You can steak and chicken for about $15. We had a teppanyaki and were able to get... More

Mizu's has the best sushi I've ever had. I could be having the worst day and Mizu's sushi makes it all better. The boss and spicy tuna are my favorite.

Really good sushi, in a tiny strip mall. The Fire Mizu roll is amazing! Crab, cream cheese and something else in a pool of spicy goodness. Oh, and for an extra touch they light it on fire. Really good if you are in the SEATAC area. I go everytime I fly into Seattle.

We sat at the sushi bar and our chef Mel was amazing! He made us numerous rolls sashimi, all of which was delicious and fresh. His presentation was beautiful, and the pride he took in his work was apparent. While dining, 3 other groups came to sit at the sushi bar, and all were repeat customers raving about Mel's talents.... I am Japanese, and I have had LOTS of sushi, and I had never gotten sick like I did after going to Mizu Japanese Steak House! I called and talked to the manager, but she was not very helpful. I told her that the raw fish I had there smelled a little funny, and I know when I smell unfresh... More

Tucked away in a strip mall, this was an excellent find. Very fresh and nicely prepared sushi. Inside is a bit plain, but so are many sushi joints. Nice bar to sit at, convivial atmosphere. Mel, the sushi chef is from Hawaii and well trained and attentive. He will do you right if you ask for his help...try the Rainbow... More
