Gorgeous building; pretty good food

The restaurant looks like a Cabela's or Bass Pro Shops; it's all heavy timber and river rock, and must have cost millions to build. We were seated at a table in one of their large rooms, and had to endure 80s soft rock for the entire dinner. Sometimes you just don't want to listen to the Eagles... read more

We stopped at Claim Jumper by chance to have dinner while waiting to pick our son up at the airport. It has a great decor and the atmosphere was really pleasant. But the food was not very good at all. I had the ribs and chicken and both were very dry and the ribs were rather tough. My wife had... More

We love Happy Hour at nice restaurants. Better food for a great price. Claim Jumper has Happy Hour all-day Sunday so it was the perfect stop during our furniture shopping trip in Tukwila. We enjoyed coconut shrimp and pulled pork sliders with a $2 basket of chips and salsa. Check it out!

The food was great! The atmosphere is nice and the decore, especially outside with the beautiful stonework, is gorgeous. But... The service is so slow; it took 45 minutes to get our food and they were not particularly busy. Other friends had been the same week and also had such slow service they are not going back . We might... More

Wonderful BBQ. Great steaks. Was a bit busy but we ate in the bar so we didn't have to wait too long. Waitress was very friendly.

We often drop by Claim Jumpers while awaiting a flight in/out of Seattle. The spectrum of food is good - typical fare. The desserts are great and often the primary reason we visit. I must state the staff continues to be great. Everybody has good days and bad days but over-all I'd rate this location highly. Worth the trip for... More

My wife and I have been here twice and we have loved it on both occasions. Our waiter was very friendly, and was patient with our questions, and helped us navigate the menu to get the most for our buck. I had the grilled cobb sandwich and at this point it is my favorite thing at Claim Jumpers so far.... More

Place was packed, Sunday evening without a reservation was not a good idea. 35 min. Wait at the bar went quick enough and ended up just eating there after an adult beverage. Lobster and shrimp cake was very good and friendly staff made it an enjoyable evening.

Claim Jumpers' rustic decorations take a departure from the typical chain restaurant decor. The service was attentive, a little too attentive at times. Servers and staff all smiled, however. The menu weighed in at mini-yellow pages class. It featured meals from all popular genres. The downfall of such diversity was the inability to create dishes that where flavorful. The dishes... More

We had good service but the food was mediocre. The tri tip dip came with au jus spilled all over the plate. As a result the fries and sandwich were soggy. They fixed it when I mentioned it but they shouldn't have brought it out this way. The rest of the food was what you would expect for chain restaurant... More
