Just ok

I would rate this a five for the concept and a 1 for the cost and service. We didn't have to wait to get in, but we had to wait an inordinate time for our waiter to show up, wait for our drinks and then wait for our food. I asked for lemon and tartar sauce which took almost 5... read more

I brought 2 kids that had never been before to see the great atmosphere and have some fun. I saw these neat kid collector cups and asked the server how much. She said $7.99 and they come with a choice of drink and gave up the drink choices. The kids picked fun drink names and they enjoyed them. When the... More

My family has been going to this restaurant since they opened but yesterday was our last go of it after celebrating my sons 11th birthday there. I no longer feel that paying $100+ for the four of us is fun nor a value. The service has always been very slow - prepare to wait a LONG time to order and... More

We had a large group so I expected it to take a while to be seated but they made a big deal of it (we even called ahead) but when we were seated the place was mostly empty even though there was a large number of people waiting to be seated outside other then us. They could not get our... More

Arrived at 3:30 and waited over 20 minutes after checking in to get a "passport" which is ridiculous in itself. Still didn't get seated and started researching reviews. Decided to leave because reviews indicate service is also slow. Terrible way of doing business!

We love this place no matter which one we go to. We always have a good time, good food and generally good service although it can be slow during busy times. We are seniors and don't feel out of place going there without kids. Although Tukwila is a fairly long drive for us we try to get there at least... More

The food is always good. Great service. A little noisy for my husband and I in the main dining room so we always eat in the bar.

It is themed like a Rainforest and there is a storm every 30 minutes. My party was seated underneath a gorilla. It moved and made sounds about every 15 minutes. Fun and interesting for little kids. Several small kids walked over by our table and stared at the gorilla. The elephants looked pretty cool. The restaurant was clean and nice.... More

We went there with our son and his family. It wasn't our first time, but it will surely be our last time! The food is over priced and the entertainment is for the kids to get the adults to take them there! It's always crowded and very noisy. But that's ok, it's when you order an expensive steak and the... More

Rainforest is a huge favorite amongst the younger crowd on account of the fun decorations, interactive animatronic animals and festive atmosphere. There's also a massive gift shop beckoning children to come and beg parents for souvenirs. The food itself is fine. It's pricey as one would expect from a tourist chain restaurant. The menu has a little bit of everything... More
