As many others have reported, this is a fun place for kids and the food is appropriate to a theme park atmosphere good burgers, good fries and chicken was dry. All and all about what you should expect from a theme restaurant.

The appeal of this type of restaurant, at least once you've been to one once, has to be for the children in your group. If you've never been, even adults will likely enjoy the setting. This is the first rainforest cafe that I've visited in which I was seated immediately. Typically, I've found very long waits. The restaurant was clearly... More

...when they don't take reservations while having a "Reservations Welcome!" sign hanging right by the entrance, and make you wait for an hour to be seated. Then, when you're seated, you realize the restaurant isn't even full! To his credit, our server was very attentive but he had to come to us to apologize about 30 minutes after taking our... More

went on a Saturday afternoon about 1230pm for lunch. was seated right away, about 1/2 restaurant filled. Overall, service was extremely slow. Food was good. the bill was very confusing. I used my reward points to pay for the bill. instead of deducting $25 of the bill, they deducted a portion from each item on the bill. VERY CONFUSING!!!!! Would... More

We take our children here each time we are in the area. But this will be our last time. The food is way overpriced! The food was bland and soggy. Our server was too busy bringing out volcano desserts to other tables to take care of us. The best part if the experience was the balloon man! We won't be... More

My wife and I would regularly eat here back around 2006 while shopping at the South Center Mall. The food was good, service good and a great environment. Something changed regarding the food quality. My wife has eaten there twice in the past year and warned me not to eat there today. I took my 7 Yr old daughter shopping/see... More

Menu was well balanced, for both kiddies and adults. The ambience is fascinating and fun. If you are shopping for something to take home as gifts, their gift shop is expansive and very economical. Service was good, even though our waitress was new to the job - she certainly gave us 110% in effort. Will return again - my grandkids... More

We love the Rainforest Cafe in Disneyland, so when visiting Seattle we thougth we'd go. I guess when we arrived and the place was less than half full, we should have known something was up. Service was slow. the food lousy. My husband couldn't even eat his salad it tasted so bad. Luckily my kids food was ok, but it... More

We ate here in September 2013. It was a fun, unique place and loved the fish tacos. We recently returned here with two teens, March 2014. It was about 3:00 in the afternoon, not a busy time, however it took a long time to get our food. They were no longer serving the fish tacos. The food was good, but... More

My daughter LOVED this place. It's not expensive for the experience you get. Every time we go to Seattle we go to this restaurant
