Worst Rainforest Cafe we've ever been too! We've been to others in Anaheim, San Francisco, Tempe, Las Vegas, and Orlando, and we will go back to others but NEVER GO BACK TO SEATTLE!!!! After the drink order was all wrong, then 2 of our children's meals came with long, black hairs in them, DISGUSTING! The restaurant did not compensate us... More

You definitely pay for the ambiance and not for the quality of the food. Pros: the ample space between tables, friendly service and fun environment. Cons: food is worse than average (dare I even say 'yucky') and quite expensive considering how simple the ingredients are (even the french fries are below average tasting), the kitchen is SLOW (it took over... First thing: this is a restaurant for children. You enter through the gift shop, pass the huge fish tanks and fountain. The tropical atmosphere is dark and the noise level is very high. We found the menu prices very expensive for the quality of the food. There are a lot of moving animals and other things to see, as well... More

All of the food we got was cold and didn't taste very good including the appetizers. The food that we did eat was just average tasting and nothing special for the price. The atmosphere is amazing! The servers are outgoing and friendly and of course the rainforest is entertaining but the food sucks and is so not worth the money.... More

5 pm and very few people eating there except for a few kids birthday dinners. Waiter nice/trying hard. Noisy and hard to visit. No cutlery without asking. Natural veggie burger was inedible - a thick patty of mush (the consistency of avocado) with a peculiar flavour. Waiter took it off bill. Rest of food was mediocre at best and all... More

We ate here as a large group; sports team and parents. The service and speed of food arrival was excellent. My food was really good and everyone around me seemed to enjoy theirs also. The prices are a little high, but in line with other full service chain restaurants.

Such a great little get away without going far. We had a great time eating here and there is so much to take in while you sit there. The ambiance is awesome, the food is good, and the service was great. This is definitely a great place to go to for a birthday party with all the service you would... More

Took my two granddaughters 9 and 14 to dinner here. Food was good-no complaints from anyone; our server Bree was outstanding; noise level is off the chart with several birthday parties going on for 3 year olds and up. We were walk-ups so put our name on "the list". We waited about 25 min and they were to call our... More

The food was good, service good, atmosphere good. No complaints. I guess it wants me to say more than 100 characters. I've been in several Rainforest cafes. The food was fine, the atmosphere was a little less intriguing than the other ones I have been in. The server was above average.

The atmosphere here is fun, but the food is bad and the service is poor. We ate here once and, while the aquariums were a nice touch, some of the attractions are a little too noisy making it difficult to carry on a conversation. The food was not good. The chicken fried steak was over cooked, dry and bland. My... More
