Kids, kids and kids in the jungle

This restaurant is strictly for the atmosphere and kids. Don't plan on a quiet conversation or above average food. This is 100% crazy! and the kids love it. The children's menu is extensive and has something to please the pickiest eater. The prices on the kids menu are good, too. The adult menu... read more

My daughter absolutely loves the Rainforest Cafe, so we try to visit every location we can. We were disappointed in this location. The animals didn't seem to be working at all. When there was suppose to be a thunder storm all we noticed was the lights flicking on and off. It was not the usual excitement we are used to.... More

I came here with my husband and mother in law for dinner to see what it was like. We had to wait about 20 minutes, even though there were tons of empty tables? They offered to seat us in the bar, but those tables were all dirty. We walked through the gift shop for a while and they called our... More

My boyfriend and I had taken my parents to this place in order to celebrate a recent job change. Apparently, it was also time for every family with children under 10 to have a birthday party at the same time and the same place. Kids were everywhere, which made for tough conversation. These kids also saw fit to run about,... More

Worst Rainforest Cafe we've ever been too! We've been to others in Anaheim, San Francisco, Tempe, Las Vegas, and Orlando, and we will go back to others but NEVER GO BACK TO SEATTLE!!!! After the drink order was all wrong, then 2 of our children's meals came with long, black hairs in them, DISGUSTING! The restaurant did not compensate us... More

You definitely pay for the ambiance and not for the quality of the food. Pros: the ample space between tables, friendly service and fun environment. Cons: food is worse than average (dare I even say 'yucky') and quite expensive considering how simple the ingredients are (even the french fries are below average tasting), the kitchen is SLOW (it took over... First thing: this is a restaurant for children. You enter through the gift shop, pass the huge fish tanks and fountain. The tropical atmosphere is dark and the noise level is very high. We found the menu prices very expensive for the quality of the food. There are a lot of moving animals and other things to see, as well... More

All of the food we got was cold and didn't taste very good including the appetizers. The food that we did eat was just average tasting and nothing special for the price. The atmosphere is amazing! The servers are outgoing and friendly and of course the rainforest is entertaining but the food sucks and is so not worth the money.... More

5 pm and very few people eating there except for a few kids birthday dinners. Waiter nice/trying hard. Noisy and hard to visit. No cutlery without asking. Natural veggie burger was inedible - a thick patty of mush (the consistency of avocado) with a peculiar flavour. Waiter took it off bill. Rest of food was mediocre at best and all... More
