We were looking for somewhere to eat dinner before the Eagles concert at the Tacoma Dome. We spotted this place - really just a cinder box square - and decided to give it a try. The burgers were quite tasty, but I could pass on the fries. They were nice and hot but fairly tasteless. The milkshakes are made with... More

A quaint part of the Tacoma/Fife history.. but not sure the burgers and such are worth the longggggg wait during the prime summer season. The outdoor bench seating is kind of cool.

We discovered Quick Pick a few years ago and it has been our guilty pleasure every since. We try to limited it to once or twice a month but sometimes it is hard and it starts calling to us if we get a few miles from the drive in. The double cheeseburger deluxe is awesome and yes there's a lot... More

Burger was good, too much onion in my opinion. Fries were amazing! Fresh, crispy old school served quick! Great place for lunch!

Been going here for 20+ years and love the outdoor picnic area. Quiet and peaceful even with all the traffic near by. Great burgers, perfect greasy fries and best shakes :)

With fresh locally grown vegetables and ingredients, there are very few burgers to match both taste, and price. The fries are hand cut from fresh potatoes daily, the shake are mmm mmm good...many flavored available. I recommend the peach. The place is spotless clean, with quaint little grassy picnic area behind building. Early evening is best. Family owned since 1942...that... More

Wife and I stopped there for burgers the other day. Great tasting burgers but lacking in the meat department. We have never before seen such thin burger patties. Getting the double just about equals a normal burger patty. But they were great burgers with lots of fresh veggies and grilled onions on request. Always lots of people waiting outside for... More

We stopped here randomly after I saw great Trip Advisor reviews on our way home to Portland from Seattle. Holy cow this made the trip. Delicious burgers that I hear are rumored to be locally sourced and grass-fed, fresh fresh fresh fries and thick milkshakes. This place has it right and hasn't changed since it opened in 1949. Great outdoor... More

I went to Pick Quick because apparently its legendary in Tacoma. took two trips intentionally. first was to try the burgers, and the next to try the shakes. Burgers are good, not fantastic but good. Much better than any fast food place of course (I NEVER go to McDs), but quite honestly I was expecting more. Good fresh toppings, thick... More
