Consistantly good

This is our third or fourth time and we'll continue to return. The burger is one of the best, juicy, tender, soft bun, perfectly cooked fries and tasty coleslaw. The lobster bisque has chunks of lobster which is apparent when it's served in the bowl, then the bisque is poured over it. The others... read more

I had reservations going here because of some other reviews I had read. But when the Tacoma Restaurant Week included this restaurant we gave it a try. The staff is friendly and polite but apparently they pay more attention to guests that drink a lot of alcohol and order the most expensive item on the menu. I even struck a... More

My wife and I celebrated Chinese New Year here in February when we made the reservation the person asked what the occasion was. I didn't think anything of it at the time but while we were there an older came in sat next to us and the server knew they were celebrating an anniversary even though they hadn't told the... More

We had eaten dinner at this restaurant recently and decided to do lunch as an early birthday celebration for me. We were seated promptly after arriving at an excellent table with a commanding view of downtown Tacoma and the Puget Sound (and for any of you who haven't visited Tacoma recently, is is truly a treat today over the Tacoma... This is an old school steak and seafood restaurant. I have been here twice. I was not impressed the first time so I thought I would give it a second chance. I had a salad with grilled prawns. I paid $27 for a small side salad, one grilled prawn, one shrimp and one small shrimp. The waitress was so rude... More

I have been to this restaurant a few times over a span of 15 years and this last time was the worst service. Our server couldn't understand my request to have no deep. Fried wanton and to just crumble the blue cheese and pecan directly on the salad. I didn't think that was difficult, but I had to repeat myself... More

We celebrated my birthday here for an early Sunday dinner. I was pleased that we were able to order from the special early seating menu for about $26/person. We each ordered different entrees but all had the soup of the day and burnt cream for dessert. My husband also ordered raw clams. The food was delicious and service very attentive... More

Came here for our anniversary and we were completely satisfied. Made reservations a few weeks in advance, was able to get a great little table for two next to the window and off to itself a little. As we enjoyed the night falling on downtown Tacoma, our food did not disappoint. She ordered the Prime Rib with Salmon and I... More
