Eating here is a bit like stepping into a time warp - heavy dark furniture and old fashioned decor, uninspired menu but one heck of a view!

Saturday evening we arrived at a formerly favorite restaurant for a birthday dinner. No one at our table of 6 had a meal that they were happy with. I personally sent my dinner back to the kitchen three times, something I have never done. I ordered the Asiago Scallops. They came. The potatoes were cold, the asparagus was cold and... More

This is a great place for a special occasion. We went for a birthday celebration. I phoned to make reservations the morning of and they didn't have any until rather late, so we chanced it and showed up during 'happy hour" to eat in the lounge. Excellent service by Tanya, and a window seat to take in the beautiful view.... More

This is one of the nicer places to dine in Tacoma. We've had dinner here several times and the service and food qualty are consistently high. One of the highlights is the beautiful view of the city, especially at night. Visit here if you have a special occasion or just want to treat yourselves to an evening of fine dining.... More

I had seen this restaurant from the freeway for years and always wondered about it. Finally went with a friend for lunch and was a bit disappointed. More like a chain restaurant than the exclusive atmosphere I was expecting. And the food was about the same. I was willing to pay more for an experience and didn't pay more or... More

Their problem is consistency. However, lately they have improved immensely..hats off to you. We love the service when Lisl serves us the other servers are a little aloof or disinterested or just not wel trained. I cannot tell which.

Good food a bit pricey. Very nice fine dining experience with a wonderful mountain view looking down on the water.

the staff was nice, the view was nice, the food was nice. Everything was "nice" but the only thing that was better than "nice" was maybe the waiter. And since it was a little on the pricey side, nice just wasn't nice enough.

We had a 7:15PM reservation for a Saturday night for four. It was beyond slow. After waiting for our order for over an hour, we asked for the manager. She apologized for the delay and said they were backed up. Dinner was served at 9PM. Steak overcooked and forgot al a cart additions. Chef then came over and apologized. It's... More
